I have noticed with scratch cards. It’s always your money back and they have the nerve to class. It as a win. It’s not a win it’s just your money back.

I play quite a lot and I used to win regularly. But since it was announced that Camelot lost the licence (they got it till 2024) I been very disappointed ☹️ I think they're making the money before the hand over. Hardly any win lately.
