CRISPY CHICKEN BURGER KFC STYLE
• Chicken Thigh 500 grams
• INGREDIENTS
• 1 Tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder (not spicy)
• 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
• 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
• 1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
• Add all Ingredients in Chicken
• Add Ginger & Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Each and Mix well
• Take another bowl
• Whisked Yogurt 2 Tablespoons
• In Yogurt put 2 Eggs and stir (Egg optional or Skip)
• Put All Yogurt Into Chicken and Mix Well
• Next Take Bowl
• Maida Flour 2 cups
• Add Corn Starch 1/2 cups
• Add Salt 1 Teaspoon
• Add Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon
• Add Black Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon and Mix well all flour
• Next Take Pan
• Put Oil for Shallow fry On flame Medium low
• Coat The Chicken With Flour Flip Chicken Pieces Over and Press The Flour into Them
• Put Chicken into the Oil
• Fry the Chicken 5 to 6 minutes on one side low medium flame
• And another side 4 to 5 minutes
• Next Take pan heat on medium flame
• Put Oil 2 to 3 Teaspoons
• Toast the Slowly buns
• Take Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons
• In Mayonnaise Add Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
• Add Chilli Sauce 1 Tablespoon and mix well
• Shredded Onion and Carrot
• Take buns Spread Mayonnaise and Shredded Onions and Carrots upon Mayonnaise and put Chicken and Cheese Slices and buns
• It’s Ready
