Thank you for your videos, the only one you were missing that I needed was Adam's method but I modified the Jefferson method by rounding up instead of down.
Thank you for this video. Just one question. I don’t understand why you modified the divisor the first time. Why don’t you just round the standard quotas, and if the total seat count after rounding isn’t correct, then modify the divisor until it is? I tried it that way, and immediately got the result you ended up with, meaning the standard divisor in this example was correct. I realise it won't always be, in which case it will then need modifying.
