Funny there's a book series on how a civil war over abortion occurred and it ended through a concept where you cannot abort a child, but you can decide to "unwind" them from the ages if 13-18. "Unwinding" is basically donating the entirety of one's body but it keeps you fully conscious in the procedure, so you are technically alive. The ROE court misinterpreted the meaning of the word "Person" to be born or naturalized. Born/naturalized is a modifier that was added on but it is not in the constitution. An unborn child is a "person" within the original meaning of the 1868 Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Everything else you hear is noise, because a person is a constitutionally protected citizen. The whole my body my choice opinion is flawed, you do not have a right to strangle another person simply because you believe your hands are apart of your body. You cannot be morally justified in assuming the right of your body supersedes the life of another person (you can argue an exception for self defense, but it is a far stretch to apply that to abortion). We had an abortion because our baby was found to not had a developed lungs or rib cage on 21 week ultrasound. It was caused by a random fetal mutation that could happen to anyone. She would have suffocated to death after birth. Abortion was done painlessly with a lidocaine injection and had to be approved by the hospitals ethics committee. Some states would now force a women to carry the baby to term, let its brain and consciousness develop further, and then deliver the baby, just to watch the baby suffocate to death.
With all this higher intellect going around, why is a man considered a minor. To be fare in all equity to the law, man should have say as to his participation in un-wedded, out of wedlock child birth. Be it supportive or otherwise responsible in any fashion. Abortion is the only option in certain extreme circumstances. But abortion should never be an easy option to suit unsavory lifestyles choices. If you don't want a child then don't procreate unprotected with men whom you don't intend to have a relationship with, simple. It takes two to tango, so it should be a joint decision should the worse happen. By truly considering the unborn child through education about other none medical interventions, the couple involved could then consider the full list of other potential options. Nope. That only allows abortion up to about 6 weeks, before many women realise they are pregnant and have made a decision. Most abortions take place in the first 13 weeks. But some developmental abnormalities aren't diagnosed until 20 weeks. If you are against abortion or only allow 6 weeks, I assume you are ready to adopt a couple kids? Funny there's a book series on how a civil war over abortion occurred and it ended through a concept where you cannot abort a child, but you can decide to "unwind" them from the ages if 13-18. "Unwinding" is basically donating the entirety of one's body but it keeps you fully conscious in the procedure, so you are technically alive. It's basically living Organ donation where the entirety of your body is just taken apart and, well, donated.

The ROE court misinterpreted the meaning of the word "Person" to be born or naturalized. Born/naturalized is a modifier that was added on but it is not in the constitution. An unborn child is a "person" within the original meaning of the 1868 Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Everything else you hear is noise, because a person is a constitutionally protected citizen.

omfg, you're not allowed to get an abortion past the 1st trimester unless your life is at risk. in the 1st couple months it's literally a sack the size of a marble with a tiny dot in the middle they suck out with a vaccum, it literally takes 5 minutes. ive had 2 live births, 1 miscarriage and 1 abortion, all with the same guy i've been with for 12 yrs. and when i had the miscarriage, it literally could've been mistaken for vaginal discharge, it looks like a clump of mucus, over 90% of abortions are in the first couple months, so there's no "tearing apart a baby," they don't need to cuz it's not a fking baby at that point

But these facts are not given to the girl unless this is a part of a form pages and pages long like real estate forms which who reads it all? The girls are not told, they do not see that what comes out indeed looks like a baby!
I have listened to those who have survived abortions also, who were thrown into the soiled linen and a nurse took the child across the street and she was saved. Not one of them wanted to be killed when they had no voice to speak for themselves. Some go on to lecture about this.

There is no right to decide on the part of the baby. Most babies are not aborted because they will be mal-formed, it is based on the whim of the girl or her family who do not want the child nor do they want the difficulty that if the child is born, that they could bond with the child and their feelings may be hurt to give up the child. Why is a person’s feeling being hurt be more important than the baby’s life?

We had an abortion because our baby was found to not had a developed lungs or rib cage on 21 week ultrasound. It was caused by a random fetal mutation that could happen to anyone. She would have suffocated to death after birth. Abortion was done painlessly with a lidocaine injection and had to be approved by the hospitals ethics committee. Some states would now force a women to carry the baby to term, let its brain and consciousness develop further, and then deliver the baby, just to watch the baby suffocate to death.

It takes two to tango, so it should be a joint decision should the worse happen. By truly considering the unborn child through education about other none medical interventions, the couple involved could then consider the full list of other potential options.
