I honestly wish "My Room Becomes the Sea." was a reality, it would be so peaceful. Just to lay down, and watch fish swim above you. Slowly fall asleep, while listening to music. If anything was possible, I would have a room in the ocean so I could fall asleep just like that. Yet, it's merely impossible to achieve something like that. We don't have the technology, at least for now. Also, if I could have another room, it would be in the clouds/sky. You could watch the sunset and see all of the clouds turn different shades of orange or pink, red, or a light purple. It would be amazing, I just wish it was possible, y'know?..

there was this one boy i had the biggest crush on as an 8 year old girl. he had platinum blonde hair, the type that was almost white, and electric blue eyes. he had a slightly upturned nose and freckles that dotted his face in some places. one, under his eye, was my favorite. he held a sweet air about him, and he spoke kindly to me, calling me "the prettiest girl in the room" when we were in a huge crowded auditorium, full of all types of people. he made me feel like we were the only two in the room, in the world. his name is carson. i saw him once after that, when we were a bit older. i had low confidence then, i was shy, so i hid. maybe he looked for me, but he didn't find me. i was scared he wouldn't think i was the prettiest girl anymore. i miss him dearly. now, i hope he thinks about me from time to time, and remembers me as the prettiest girl in the room.

Thought I needed to share. On one of my family's cotton fields, there is a massive electrical pole that was home to a massive crow nest. Everytime I used to drive by, I would admire the crow couple who had both built such a large nest. Where we live, we desperately need rain. We finally got it but it came with a massive wind storm which blew the nest out of the tower. Today Im on the tractor listening to this wonderful track. I got emotional seeing the crows out in the field picking up sticks to rebuild. It's crazy how some things in our world that can help can also hurt. But like the crows, rebuild. If you are in a tough spot, it's time to take up action and rebuild. Fight for what you need in life.

At new years Eve i spent some time with a friend of mind. Everyone was asleep but we weren't. We went into my room and started to draw while listening to some lofi, it felt amazing, i felt so alive. I wish i could go back to this specific moment on time. It made me realize how important people are to me and how much i'd be empty without them. We spent hours drawing and talking about stuff, it just felt Right for once

Just the idea of this little fish, calmly taking in the music, flowing in the sea's stream with his eyes closed, while others pass him. It is like he does not even notice them. Just in his own little world beneath the waves. Something about that thought is just so, soothing.. :)

In february I shared this Video with the love of my live. She had an internship in Berlin. She missed me and I missed her. At that time I listended daily to the Chillhop channel, listended to Sleepy Fish. It made me feel cozy, less lonely. I felt warm and close to her. After 3 month she came back on her birthday, around the corona lockdown in Germany. We had both stress and where totally out of balance, had stupid stubborn discussions. Two weeks later was the last time I saw her. She left. I still don`t know what really happend with us and now I`m listening again that music and swim in my tears.

a story that begins and never ends, for the sleepy fish do not live, they are only happiness in plain sight that you can never see, the girl was special though she was able to see and love the happiness it soothed her back to sleep whenever nightmares woke her and calmed her when life got hard. she spends the rest of her life looking for the happiness.

I see everyone commenting about old crushes so I want to contribute. When I was very young, in elementary, there was a kid in my class named Markus. He had short black hair, light eyes, and was on the heavy side (so was I). As far as I knew he had few friends and was "weird". I was a lot different then so I was typically "girly" (all pink, matching outfits, etc). I cant remember much about how we became friends but we did and pretty fast. We made up a song about imaginary water that nobody understood but us and we hung out at recess a lot. He liked to play Magic the Gathering (if I remember correctly) and before he gave me a card from his set as gift. I was too young then but I cared about him a lot. I don't know where he went or how he's doing but it's been 14 years and I still remember him.
There comes a time when you are craving for love and attention, and a time when you aren't looking for it at all. Choose your path wisely, as one of the 2 will reward you greatly in the end. Always focus on yourself no matter what. Only you can save yourself, and only you can harm yourself in the middle of searching for validation from other people. Validate yourself. It's a long and tiring journey, but once again, my friend, it will reward you greatly and generously. No mind what others say about you, and no mind the thoughts you have about other people. If the words and thoughts are not nice, what good will anyone get out of it? Be kind, be loving, and keep giving until you have nothing to give. Keep giving love and keep speaking love. There's already enough love lost that needs help to be found.

I used to listen to this and ask, "why me?" I felt like the fish who got split with one he loved. She toppled the tank and I felt lost, wanting to find a way back into the tank. I had a crush on one of my best friends. She was so perfect in such a human way, she was smart and loved reading. I always felt comfortable around her and we could talk for hours without getting bored. I liked her so much so when I realized it I was crushed, my friend was asexual and aromantic. I suppose that's just how it is, super unlucky to start liking my best friend which I was already nervous about breaking our friendship with the fact that she wouldn't like me or anyone else really romantically. I guess it's kinda horrible and selfish of me to have a small part hoping that one day maybe she'd make an exception and maybe like me, but that'll never happen...

I simply love it because its true.
the more i cry, the higher the water rises. until it hits the four corners and the ceiling, the tears kept coming. The tissues didn't help, and the bottom kept getting darker and darker as it was getting harder to breath. I didn't try to swim up, I didn't want to.
My eyes producing water, my mouth forming the fish, the more fish, the longer the sentence that shall be. Soon enough you have a conversation.
My windows showed the outside, and if I opened that window, the water would drain, and the birds will fly in. If I opened that window, my room would become a limitless sky.
The sun would shine through, and trees would grow, flowers would grow.
After that I would've had a little greenhouse.
If I opened that window.
But I'm afraid, and I kept that ocean where it was, as I slowly sank to the bottom,
where the unknown lived.

First of all, greetings to my friend who reads that! English is not my first language so it's very likely that they'll be mistakes. Sorry for that.
Let me introduce you to the history of me. I'm a teenager right now, but I'll write you a story of me 3 years ago.
You know that feeling when you are not sure to love someone? I think that, in reality , it doesn't exist. If you question yourself about you loving someone or not, the question that you are asking yourself is not "am I in love?" But more a kind of "does she/he likes me?". I was in that situation for a long time with that one girl.
We were friends, for a year to me at least. (If you read what was wrote before you would understand that I loved her for 2 years while I was a friend for her). We were really close friend, spending a lot of time togheter and. Those were good times. Just smiling , making jokes and all. But when I started to... you know, love her, that became a mess. I knew, I knew that she weren't loving me, but you know, hope's always there, for the best or for the worst. That became a mess. My relationship with her, but in my mind too. I was horrible with her. I was always sending her the worst SMS and I was kinda nice with her IRL. I think that she didn't understand too. I was sending her sms like "you don't even like me as a friend, stop lying" or just some "sorry for me being there". The worst. I was terrible. But it became worse when , 1 year of love from me, she got in a "romantic" relationship with my best friend. I am not angry after him, cause he didn't knew that I was into her... but,that relationship between them destroyed me. I was doing everything wrong in my life, from playin' basketball a 6 am to cryin' for hours in my bed till 3 am. I was broken, and being meaner and meaner to her by phone. A day, I guess I had the big brain move. I realised how talking with her irl and by sms destroyed me... So I just had to say everything to her. (When I got the courage of doing that, she weren't with my friend anymore). I told her that I love her, and as exepted she sayed that she did not. After that, I had to say the worst: I am not going to talk to her anymore. I... succesfully sayed it. She cryed. I felt bad. Till today. She cryed and I just... walked away. Slowly. Showed her my back. She tried to say things to me, but nothing was effective.I think that she felt on her knees, but I didn't turned. After that, when I was home, I realised that I was the worst.
I hated that. I realised how stupid I were, how bad and all. She just wanted to be friend and my stupidity has done all of that. I hate myself till this day bexause of that, but I know that it was nessassary. That relationship was toxic for both of us. I had to do it. I did.
But know I understand that I am a jerk.
These three parts should be on Spotify... Listening to this is just fascinating and relaxing. I always listen to this specifically because its soundtracks are so placid to hear.

Put this on 10 hr loop, changed my nanoleaf panels to sync with music and be purple and pink colors( soft) and played this on speakers, so relaxing during the night, also if you want to do what i did and experience maximum chill, if you have LED strips, i have mine behind desk and monitor, set them to be only Soft purple and pink

I don’t like people who are overly positive so I’m going to spread some truth. Most of the time with depression (at least hormonal depression) the sadness goes away eventually and you can feel happiness again. Sometimes that sadness stays a little longer then usual. Sometime that sadness never goes away. But let me tell you this: Sometime that sadness does go away, but you don’t feel happiness. You don’t feel anything anymore. So if you’re every feeling really depressed, just remember that at least you’re *feeling* because some people can’t anymore

Never felt the Same & Railways are my most favourite ones. Whenever i listen to them, i feel like traveling, or simply feeling nostalgic. It's quiet but somehow filled with a burst of emotions, waiting to be unleashed. It's going deep and deep, but sometimes moving forward to a new location, ambitious, giving hope. What I am saying may seem absurd, but this is how i'm feeling when i listen to those two tracks.
Special mention to the last one tho. Tranquil yet sad.
