She was in a car accident and got a concussion. 😔 She’s been going to physical therapy though and the accident was quite awhile ago so its great to see her doing so much better. 🤗
I’ve had my oura for nearly two years and LOVE it. It’s amazing for tracking overall health. The app trends heart rate as well as variance, blood oxygen, steps, body temp, sleep cycles, workouts. It can help with menstrual cycles and predicting when your period is coming, helps me take notice when I’m stressed or need more rest. Once it tends your baselines for a couple of weeks it will give you a readiness score based on heart rate variance, amount and quality of sleep and how active you’ve been. Got my husband and mother in law one as well, such a fan! Only downside is if you lift weights it can be uncomfortable, I wear mine on the middle finger of my non dominant hand and it’s not bad or if you use another fitness tracker you can take it off during your workouts but wear it otherwise for all the health and wellness tracking.
