How about names that are western but also islamic. I don't know like Daniel, Myriam, etc. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure there are plenty of possibilities.

Ok I don’t think you need to get so defensive. There are many names that I don’t believe are Islamic hence why the names I mentioned are more popular in Islam and have an Islamic history/background
@@Hajraandsohaib What you hear as ( Islamic names ) are just names in Arabic culture and tradition and in fact a stupid tradition in some cases and not related to any Islamic teaching and rule so please forget all of them and stick to your culture and society and no problem if you shared with your ethnic different husband. For example , in Arabic Yasameen mean Jasmine , Fares means Knight , Warda means Rose , Hakeem means Wise , Iman means Faith , Maryem means Mary and so what's wrong if named with these ?! ...

Definitely we can do that also but because my husband is Pakistani I tend to lean towards names that are commonly used there
