Tara I’m so happy you were able to get to this point and doing well. I understand and do believe we all go through some mental illness but I’m excited you didn’t allow it to continue to control you. Good for Tara for speaking out so freely. Too many people hide their struggles with depression - especially famous people or athletes. I can understand while you're going through something you want to keep it private, but when you've come out the other end of a dark tunnel? That's inspiring to people who are still in the tunnel. Given the insane amount of mass shootings in this country we really need to stop stigmatizing mental health struggles. I've suffered with anxiety issues almost my whole life and knowing others have the issue too and how they've coped is always helpful to me.

Tara- you are super woman! I totally understand with the mental illness! I have been struggling since as a teenager. This year of 2024 of late month of May was really bad and rough, but you telling your struggles and about to give up Track and Field prior to winning the Gold medal at 2024 Olympic Games!!!! ( I have learned a lot from you and Hunter about Track and Field). In HS I was on the swim team and my focus area was the Butterfly. Any who, I am getting help and because of you I will NEVER quit!!! God bless you and Hunter! PS, tell Hunter congratulations for winning a gold medal too!

Those who we see as the strongest are often times the most fragile.
I can't believe anyone talking down on her but considering the space we live in. So many are mean due to their own situations that truly have everything to do with them, and not those who they speak badly towards. I really believe that most people have suidical thoughts, some literally prepare for it, while others may have passing thoughts. However, I feel it is very normal. Like Mrs. Davis said we can't control things. The best thing to do is to just strive as best we can to let go. Our Lord knows what He's doing although we may not see the bigger picture. All we can try to do is to strive our best to take care of ourselves. Learn to love who we are, and grow from our experiences. Let's is not a Disney movie, even the makers of such movies lived sad lives. Its about struggle and toil. Be well everybody. Your'e more precious and sufficient then you could ever imagine. Cheers.
