Mek Vox is a production, directing and video-editing King... I come to his videos for my U2 fix, not the official U2 DVD's. Vox's editing and live-feel is superb!
Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada - The Atlantic Maritimes. I was there for the show. Amazing concert! Mek did a great job capturing it, and like many of the commenters below, I relive the ENTIRE show! It was that good! It is my second ( a close second!) all-time favorite to seeing them in the old Boston Garden on St. Patrick's Day back during Achtung Baby.
Best concert ever! From the line up of the songs to the foggy atmosphere and the clarity of the music at this venue where you felt like you were the only person in the stadium - until it was all over and you realized everyone had gone except the quietness of the crew working into the wee hours of the morning. Really a once in a lifetime experience. I feel so fortunate to have been able to witness and partake in the Moncton show. Really like the way bits of vid were mixed with other special moments. Thank you so much! ❤️
I was at this show! Red Zone on Adam Clayton's side! The hair on the back of my neck stood up when they came on stage! Later when Hallelujah morphed into Where the Streets Have No Name I got the chills!!! Thanks for putting this together....it is an AWESOME job!!!!
This is awesome seriously. No jumping around quickly of the cameras or flashy shots. You got the mood and not the 'rock video' essence. We want to be there you professional U2 DVD people---not feel like we are watching a music video. So THANK YOU SIR! Yours is great!
I was there too... Does this video bring you back to that day or what ?!?!?!? I had goosebumps the whole time "Space Odity" played, until U2 appeared on the screen.... I went nutts !!!! Mekvox, thx for putting this on youtube !!!!
If you don't go to heaven, I don't know who is :) Thank you SO much for this. I went to see that show ... from Europe. Standing in pouring rain for 5 hours - but had the time of my life. You just bring back the memories with this. Thanks :)
The 2nd song is The Fly from the Achtung Baby album. Been a U2 for nearly 30 years and every time I see them they are amazing. Enjoy discovering their back catalogue. Undoubtedly the best band since the Beatles imo.
what an end to one of the most incredible, groundbreaking and innovative tours of all time. i could really argue that 360 is one of the most intimate tours of U2's career, right up there with elevation and experience + innocence. such a charming end to it all too, bringing back 40 for one last song.
I can't thank you enough for all your work on this. Hands down. This is a true treasure to me. No doubt U2 ('s 360o tour) really is a piece of music history that will be cherished by people in years way beyond our lifetime. And we were there!
Watching this amasing video for a first time ever since Ive actually been there!!! Awesome concert!!! One of my best memories of all time!!! So enjoyed this video! U2 FOREVER!
These guys know how to put on a good show. The Joshua Tree Tour, Zoo TV, Popmart, Elevation Tour, Vertigo Tour and 360 tour have all had something different and all have been unique timeless rock shows. No-one does it better - maybe Pink Floyd but no-one else.
My footage was used in this video! We were at the front left of the stage! Clips for Mysterious Ways, Sunday Bloody Sunday, City of Blinding Lights and Beautiful Day. I still get emotional watching these clips and reminiscing about this amazing concert. Can't wait to see them again!
thanx kindly for this post. when i grew up in Moncton so many years ago The Hill was a gift shop and featured a few wild animals and farm animals. So amazed at the efforts behind events like this. World class stuff here. i missed the Bruce Springsteen concert by a couple of days . i will get the connections right one of theses days.. Keep up the fine showings.
I was 10 rows back on the inside section the 360 "running pad" Thank you so much I get to relive the best concert ever when ever I want !!!! Thanks Canadian Boy
Just watching this now startles up all emotions that I had felt during the best night I've ever experienced. I just wish I could do this night over and over again! U2360
Thanks for the post - most welcome. I was at the show - in spite of all the rain that week-end - the long commute to and FROM, The brutal 2 day hotel charge (Hotel Cash GRAB...)!) the concert itself was great as well as Arcade Fire. Loved the show - would have been a 10+ if they had played bad! - Last show of the tour - wish they had played bad :-) :-(
swampy one after 75 000 ppl walking around in it. I ended up on my own island without a drop of mud on me...till I left. There were about 6 people, all who were obviously feeling no pain suddenly pushing me up and out of this mud bowl to the main road. Almost tipped me over like 5 times though. Luckily, I made it safe and sound. It was an amazing show. The best concert I ever went to!!
Sweetheart, all the videos you make are perfect, but this project was wonderful, beautiful and more than perfect! Another Christmas gift for me! I'm very happy to meet you and your work! Love you! Congratulations!!!!
HOLY BOOTLEGS BONO!!! Thanks a million for doing this!!! Been looking for video of the whole Moncton show for quite a while...just stumbled upon it. *sniff* I miss the 360 tour.
Well I talked about it, and so did my boss in his show too... He put a link on our website on his blog page. We don't get alot of feedback considering our show's aren't live, but I'm sure the listeners appreciated it. He played a 10 second clip, I only talked about it
Hey man, REALLY nice Job. I have the DVD from this tour; Saw it in Denver! It's really cool to see/hear a new set list, and Show! You really did a great Job!!
Yes that is what I heard as well 2 1/2 yrs on the road played to over 7 million people and the tour grossed 700 million dollars. Bono has back problems...If so I saw the last U2 concert(besides charity & benefit concerts) All of Bono's family were there. They played for 3 hrs & 20 minutes I lucked into to "VIP Standing " roughly 10 rows back from stage with Bono and The Edge and going over "our" heads and they were so close I could touch them, best concert and I have seen many :)

The greatest and most bombastic biggest tour of all time that grossed the most money ended 8 years ago in Moncton, easily the biggest live band ever

I was at this show! Red Zone on Adam Clayton's side! The hair on the back of my neck stood up when they came on stage! Later when Hallelujah morphed into Where the Streets Have No Name I got the chills!!! Thanks for putting this together....it is an AWESOME job!!!!

I was trying to think of the Opening Band and was so glad to see "Space Oddity" played. Then it came back to me like July 30th, 2011 watching this!
If you don't go to heaven, I don't know who is :) Thank you SO much for this. I went to see that show ... from Europe. Standing in pouring rain for 5 hours - but had the time of my life. You just bring back the memories with this. Thanks :)
Probably the most memorable show I have ever attended the opening to this show still gives me chills.

U2's music swells my soul. So many times I just have tears rolling down my face. Like when the Holy Spirit moves me when I sing. Love & Peace.

Goosebumps all over again! I almost made it to Moncton. Almost! This is almost as good as the real thing! Thanks so much, Mekvox!! Blessing to you!
The 2nd song is The Fly from the Achtung Baby album. Been a U2 for nearly 30 years and every time I see them they are amazing. Enjoy discovering their back catalogue. Undoubtedly the best band since the Beatles imo.
Video pkg. is spectacular. Amazingly well-done. Re-lived the whole concert, which was, as you can all see here, out of this world!
I love how Bono gets the lyrics wrong on Walk On !!! Priceless !!!!!!!
Saw U2 in East Lansing, Michigan, and I must say that I'll never forget that night. Best darn live music/music in general! Of all time!
U2 is the BEST live band period!!!!
