I am new to Sudoku. I could solve this set with no problems. I see you using colors and numbers in a corner of a cell. Where can I find information on what these marks mean.
I don't know if is this that you are asking but: - small numbers on cell's corners in a same box: the positions on a box where the number X can be - small numbers on the center of a cell: the only numbers that can be in that cell - in a normal sudoku (only sudoku rules aply and not others) the colours are use to highlight a cell (like when he is explaining something to us); or it is the same number in two boxes (ig when you have a 78 pair in a lot of boxes and you need to differentiate them) - in a sudoku with others rules (like cages, palindromes, Knight's move, etc) the colours usually means the same number in different boxes, but we don't know wich number yet Hope it helps =)

I also get the REM reference.
