To change bush to RB just put him at RB 1 in the depth charts just like you do with Steven Williams. If you have to search by a specific stat that bush is highest in, whether it be a defensive stat or speed.
You can put Bush in at HB. You can have Ironman Athletes in NCAA. If also suggest maxing out the Stamina/Injury abilities in your OC/DC trees. Makes a big difference.

i think in NCAA, the most important part to build your team is the defense. Even if you have a terrible offense on paper like this team, is long as you can get some kind of strategy you will be able to win games.
