Yesss you are sooo on point I have been in reflection mode all week and I realized that I had a deep seated belief that I had to be in uncomfortability in order to obtain comfortability and work on myself spiritually! Meaning I kept staying in jobs that had a toxic environment but while I was there I was always listening to you tube about spirituality which was helping me grow but the environment itself was not good for my nervous system even though I thought I was good since I was plugged into light all day lol! So therefore my belief needed to shift and open to the fact that I have the right to be comfortable while spiritually growing and that sacrificing my nervous system is not cool and that it truly matters and is highly important! 💫💚🌠
