    But wont the bondo crack in a short time? Especially in old cars where the suspension is rough and bumpy? Is there something more flexible that can fill the gaps?

    You have a link to the glue gun with hose? And what grit sandpaper you use to sand the closed cell foam? I just heard you say 80 or 120 grit.

    What causes the marks not to line up, When sewing.

      Sometimes when the material is grippy, the bottom of the foot grips to the top layer while the feed dogs move the bottom layer faster. It helps to have a machine with a top feed dog to pull the top layer at the same speed as the bottom one. If you don't have a machine like that, you can also use a plastic foot. I think it's made of HDPE which is quite slippery so it won't grip on fabrics as much. They are usually white
