    Football is a worldwide Game kicking a Ball with your feet. American Football is just popular in the US throwing and catching an Egg with your hands. Perhaps someone should consider to rename it.

      Reason why it’s called American football. It was exported from the U.K. the sport called Rugby (a place in England) played a sport with oval ball, which is thrown to one another, was/is called, Rugby Football. Americans adopted it and tweaked the rules, then called it American football. It’s as simple as that.

    I grew up in the GDR (East Germany) and in school you would get a vaccination or better immunization against smallpox.
    They didn't use a syringe but a vaccination pistol which did leave a round scar behind. So many people who got that smallpox vaccine back then still have a round scar on their upper arm.
    I'm fascinated that this practice is still a thing in parts of Eastern Europe.

    Yes, you can find ranch sauce in the Netherlands, with options ranging from imported American brands like Hidden Valley to locally produced versions such as Remia and brands available at international or specialty stores. Popular Dutch supermarkets like Albert Heijn and Jumbo, along with online shops, carry a variety of ranch products.

    American football should be called... American rugby🤦🏾

  • @MaKo_ger
    @MaKo_ger 6 months ago +5

    1:35 There are multiple sports called football. The english formalized them. They devided Rugby football (rugby) and associated football (associated football). Some fancy cambridge guys called it rugger and asoccer. Than other sports like Australien rules, galic football and gridiron football (american and canadian football) derived. While you only have had american football you used it in a short way and called it football.. thats fine, we does it the same way with associated football. But to call it soccer or asoccer you have to be a fency cambridge guy from the 19th century. Are you one? i don't think so. You should call it fútbol, in this way it is derived from american football and Clubs like LAFC and Miami FC don't need to explain what the FC means.
