I just want to give you a few suggestions for this Victor deck: 1. Switch V-era Victor for G-era Victor. Vic-Ten makes it way more valuable than running V-era Victor. The 2 accels are all that you need, plus it provides restanding ability to each stride. 2. Cut 2x Zubat Victor and bump Sazanda and Spiral Breaker up to 4x of each. You need these 2 "searchers". They make the deck run waaaay more smoothly. 3. Switch Ninjaad for Extreme Battler, Dosledge. It provides the numbers, soul charge and sentinel restrict. Dosledge can present lethal on Vic-ten turn with a bit of luck. 4. Switch both Honolys and 1x Jerohawk for 3x Extreme Battler, Ganbarugun. It can restand itself or another rearguard, it gets +5000 and works with soulblast. 5. Switch both draw triggers for extreme battler crits, they are just better and way more dangerous. 6. Switch shove-crits for stride-crits. Self-explanatory, since you need to stride. 7. Switch Ultimate Stride for GB8 stride (Fang Dragon King Fist, Driger), since it's just so much better. This stride is deadly in combination with Sazanda. I hope you'll at least consider these changes, since they make the deck way better than what you're currently playing. I imagine you're having quite a problem with having either no soul or no counterblast frequently.

For your 5th answer, the answer is no draw pgs are much better as you need to get into your pieces faster, its an accel deck what did you expect
