No, just filtered water. “Distilled” water to be exact. If you use tap, make sure you boil it. Let it cool down a bit to warm temperature, then pour it in the bottle with the saline packet.

Use the button on the bottom once you squeeze the water through your sinuses. The water will run smooth and you won’t get that back pull of air.

Use boiled water or distilled water never tap water unless it's boiled!!!!!!
I mistakenly used purAqua spring bottled water 2 days ago, not realizing it should have been distill. I’m so worried now
sure, depends on where in the world you are and how your home water is
agree. in some countries the water isn’t safe and not everyone has a filtration system at home
