I agree that Dornoch has tailed off but maybe the quarter crack will hurt him. Thanks for bringing that up. Toss.
Sierra Leone - Live favorite and should pass some tiring horses if he can get around or through the crowd. It's true that it won't matter once he gets around the far turn if he's wide. Closes like a freight train. He will lose ground prior to that. Gaffalione does know the track well.
Mystic Dan needs a wet track. Toss.
Catching Freedom - Keeps improving. He's won at 1 3/16 miles. Good trainer and jockey. Can do the distance. Win and other money placements.
Catalytic - needs a converter. Toss.
Just Steel - Overtrained and overworked. Tired out. Inexperienced jockey. His broodmare sire has a very high AWD being from Australia. Toss.
Honor Marie - Likes the track. He has a good post. Good Works. Trainer inexperienced and jockey Irish and inexperienced at CD although he has a win at Ascot. Lost to Sierra Leone and Catching Freedom. OK for second, third or fourth.
Just A Touch - Inexperienced. Worked well. Geroux experienced. Son of Justify. Stalker who might be poised to pick up the pieces. Bred for the distance. Second, third or fourth.
T O Password - Fast half mile work. Inexperienced but could be a speed influence and will tire out but also tire out some other speed horses. Toss.
Forever Young - Tactical. Two million dollar wins. Too little rest. Can do the distance. Doesn't like kickback though and will be eating dirt. May make bottom of Super.
Track Phantom - Overraced. Will fight for the lead and tire out the other speed but will fade himself. Toss.
West Saratoga - The only gray in the race. Toss.
    Endlessly - Not for dirt.
Domestic Product - Hot Jockey and has been in two very slow races. Added speed in the race will help. Should keep Fierceness wide to the first turn.
Grand Mo The First - Toss.
Fierceness - Great every other race. This is the other race. Not a fighter and needs an easy lead to do the deed. The other horses jockeys will not make it easy for him. He has Epic Ride to his outside. Epic Ride, #21, has speed and could beat him to the first turn.
Stronghold - Won at Santa Anita in a slow race. Inexperienced Churchill jockey. This moment may be too big for him. Will be wide. Bottom of the Super.
Resilience - Wood Memorial winner. Good trainer. Trained well. Not used to a fast pace. Bottom of the Super.
Society Man - Frankie Detorrie riding great but lacks experience at CD. Toss.
Epic Ride - Synthetic track horse but has speed and he could bother Fierceness. Too much speed in the race to compete with. Toss.
    Ralph - Honor Marie 7 w Sierra Leone 2 w Just a Touch 8 , Domestic Product 15, Stronghold 18 and Fierceness 17
Jonathon: Bet Sierra Leone across the board, Exacta Box Key Sierra Leone over 4, 7, 8, 15, 17

@vernonfrance2974...Re: "Fierceness...needs an easy lead to do the deed." That is a catch phrase that is not really true. The horse sat off the lead in the BC Juvenile, took over on the turn and then repelled Muth when that one tried to pull even with him heading into the stretch. He did not set that pace or have that lead...and they were the BEST 2 year olds in the country, including a Baffert and two Coxes. No easy feat...If you do not like Fierceness, just say so. Don't make up stuff. I understand if you want to toss for a win ticket bet.
If you are going to play Fierceness, play him on top in exotics and drop some bombs underneath. I made a lot of money with Big Brown that way. I do not think a win ticket on a horse at his odds is a fair proposition. I would do deeper...so if that is what you are talking about, I would agree.

@@revizionaryenterprises9655Thumbs up. In the two races he lost Fierceness could not get the lead and was behind several other horses. He failed to persist and in one race he faded back to third. In the other, he faded back to second last.
In the BC Juvenile he was behind General Partner by less than a half length before half mile pole. Then he pulled abreast and therefore, he was never in behind any horses in the BC Juvenile.
It has nothing to do with "liking" the horse. I like all of the horses but if we are talking about liking his chances to win, I feel it is appropriate to point out what appears to be his weakness. He has no grit when he is not getting things his own way.
I do agree with you that he still has a good chance if he can somehow get the lead and I have him in several win bets with others in the second, third and/or fourth positions. 👍
