Hoosli Ukrainian Male Chorus performs Ukrainian and Canadian national anthems

- During this devastating time of unrest, True North and the Winnipeg Jets express heartfelt support for Ukraine and for more than 180,000 Ukrainian-Canadians living in Manitoba.
We stand with our community in expressing our sadness for the loss, devastation and continued threat to Ukraine, and we join the world in its calls for peace.
Thank you, Hoosli Ukrainian Male Chorus, for joining us to perform the Ukrainian and Canadian national anthems.
Please continue to play that Ukrainian anthem at our remaining home games, preferable with Hoosli if available. The anthem brought back memories of by grandparent, my Ukrainian heritage, and reminded me of my and our communities ties to the Ukraine. It means so much to our community to show support anyway possible, and this anthem helps so much!

Thunder Bay and Winnipeg are the largest Ukrainian communities outside of Ukraine. I’m proud to be Ukrainian descent ❤️❤️❤️
