I love this channel, so cool that someone is covering ONE fighters. And on Hirata, I completely agree. She has great judo and good submissions and is a pretty good brawler when she lets her hands loose like she did in earlier fights. But brawling your opponent up against the cage to get a judo takedown isn't gonna work forever as it gets predictable. Your right, she really needs to work on her kickboxing if she really wants to set up those submissions and ground n pounds.
That's correct, strikers normally keep their distance to avoid the grappling exchange. Hirata needs to walk her opponent down or lure her opponent into range. Stalling doesn't really create good opportunities in my opinion.
I am and have been a Big Itsuki fan but she has lost her strong heart to become a TikTok cutie a little fame has gone to her head and she lost the eye of the tiger and it is very sad she could be one of the greats i feel bad for her because i respect her ability.
Then i glad that she could find fame outside of fighting. Pro fighter is a short career, better get the most out of it and get out before it's too late
her problem is not about what she does or doesn't know. it is clearly her lack of heart and commitment. NO PROFESSIONAL misses weight over and over unless they aren't serious about competing. i think she is more interested in being a personality and in notoriety than being a serious competitor. so unless she is willing to cut the shit and live and breathe excellence, she'll never be better than she is no matter what she learns.
She definitely lacks professionallity as she made no effort to make weight. Her strategy has been very stagnant and you are probably right as she probably focus more on her social media rather than training.
I thought the same as many others here, that her main problem is being too 1-dimensional but maybe you're right and she just isn't invested in the fight game enough.
I liked what I saw from Hirata a few times when she looked on top of her game.. Though she could use some work in the striking department.. I can’t disagree there.
It seems to me that she needs to move over to coach Trevor Wittman. He can get her hands ready and train with possibly Rose Namajunas while they work on her wrestling. They have plenty of high level wrestlers on the team that can help in that department.
I hope her habit of not making weight is finally a thing of the past Not making weight is totally unprofessional She finally made weight last match but she missed weight 3 times already in her short career at One I'll give her some slack here if she makes weight for two fights in a row
@@freefightbreakdown same. I think she found something else that she loves, and who can have a problem with that. I did sound negative, my bad. If she does put in her 110 percent for MMA, who knows what could happen

Itsuki is both beautiful and baddass. Fun to watch
Definitely fun to watch
The reason she's stalling is because she's a grappler; not a striker. Her opponents knows this and that's why they keep their distance.

Poorly coached. Why is she getting worse rather than better? How does a pro fail to make weight so often?
I agree, I do believe the fame got to her and a mixture of bad couching and overconfidence.
I wonder if it who she surrounds herself with. I too am a big fan but……
I heard she trains in the US but there could be a language barrier

@@robinheyer708 I hope she fixes up
She is the Japanese Paige Vanzant
Typically, I would not click on a thirst trap thumbnail. But the android eighteen reference got me.😅😅🤣🤣 #DBZ
Her ground game is her main weapon and seems to be the best.
Great job Ham! Dominate!
Ham nullified her completely

Fantastic - and good analysis that will make her stay in the spotlight.
Hopefully we will see her fight soon

Yeah that will probably be a good move for her
Fair assessment i think she lacks the speed and Timing to get to the next level, but she can work on that she doesn't lack strength or power.
Thanks, yeah you are right she is definitely strong and she relies alot on her strength
Amazing video keep goin
Thanks
She is cute with a nice, attractive body, with just the right amount of athletic muscle.
She needs to come to America to learn real wrestling and then get with a really good kickboxing school!
Maybe go to Dagestan and learn from khabib
@@freefightbreakdownkhabib goes to AKA gym in The U.S.
@@boxingbull523 yeah probably, I am not sure what are his movements
0:45 5:10 look at their muscles!
she looks very strong
Good assessment. She has no long range weapons. She needs to get some kicking skills and punching going.
Absolutely
You know you could probably read your lines once or twice before you record them. It would be easier to follow that way!
Thanks for the advice, much appreciated
Hirata is so darn cute and hot
i think she maybe have to go to Thailand, and start train Muay Thai for a few years :) that will help her

Now this is a fair game & a real b1010g1c@1 woman in women sport.

@@freefightbreakdown Exactly...that's why few of her wins can be debatable as well
I hope she makes weight in her next fight or go up a weight class
I thought this was a DBZ video. Hubba
I hope u enjoyed the video 😁
Yeah, she is pretty, but I think she's actually not that good at all, and won't ever sniff the upper echelon of One, or the MMA world.
She is definitely a looker but at the moment lacks heart and innovation, I hope she steps up in her next bout.
