Especially at 2:00 or 3:00 am, Sometimes I watch skincare routines because they are satisfying and on those nights I don’t do my skincare sometimes so I literally get up at like 3:00 am to do it, and it’s so relaxing too
About the energy at night thing, when people say night owl and early bird they refer to when you are most stimulated during the day. This was mostly meant for survival tactics so that one group of people could wake up early and attends crops and such and others could stay awake at night to guard homes and keep animals out when others were sleeping. This isn’t as important now but the habit keeps up where some people will find themselves active and productive at night while others feel that in the morning.
What if I'm both a morning and a night person? Cause in the morning, I have enough energy to run 12 miles without stopping, and at night, I also get bursts of energy and can't sleep. I also get these random bursts of energy throughout the day.
I really hate how people made everything like work, school, etc. not really for early birds but like their schedules because then it’s just hard on everyone else especially night owls. Plus starting that early isn’t even good for your brain. If you’re an early bird then your brain is wired that way so it’s okay but not for others. Plus things change sometimes because of different interests or even depression can change this. Like you could be an early bird and get depression and become a night owl. If everything was made for night owls then things could start later and end at a decent time or even for the people in the middle. Then everyone could be happy because then you get to choose when you wake up and go to bed. It would help everyone so much, especially with how your brain functions. More people would get enough sleep and it’s just overall better for you and your brain
To help adjust your energy timeline....If u drink caffeine make 3pm the latest you have any. Quiting coffee and processed sugar altogether is even better. I found that removing those things went along way to helping me finally get a peaceful night's sleep. And go no tech 2-3'hours before bed (no scrolling at all). Wake up to a light simulated alarm with radio or nature sounds. Make yourself wake up no snooze . It helps to have plans with someone to do something that involves seeing the outdoors first thing in the morning. Adopt a dog with family or a roommate this will keep u active in mornings and the commitment to responsibility will get you to bed on a regular time. If you still find yourself too alert late at night . Read a calming book or journal. All tips that will make a huge difference if applied consistently. Wishing u the best.

all you need is a cleanser and sunscreen guys please don't be thinking any of this is worth it. it's fine to do this every once in awhile as a fun lil treat yourself but ain't Nobody NEED to be doing all of this. your perfectly fine and hygienic without it
Yea and probably a moisturizer, dont use sunscreen at night though. I used to have a long routine but i got lazy so now its this: morning- facewash, moisturizer, sunscreen + night- facewash, moisturizer. And if i have a pimple i put a pimple patch on it, thats all. You dont need crazy light therapy or wtvr

It could be DSPD (Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder), which means instead of having the "standard" sleep rythm of 12am - 8am it is delayed (for example from 4am to 12pm). A high portion of people with ADHD have it! People who have this have more energy later at night/in the evening, since their body (internally) isn't giving off the signals yet that it should prepare to go to sleep.
Normally if you feel really Energetic, it means that your melatonin hasn’t reach your body yet. (Melatonin is a type of hormone that is already in your body which make you feel sleepy) don’t ask me how I know this! I do debating so I probably know if from there 😂
hey, Wendy! 💕 PLEASE READ IT MIGHT HELP YOU 💕 i used to feel *very* energetic at night and i would only have energy at night 😭 that was up until i started getting more exercise during the day so that my body was more tired/worn out and it was ready to fall asleep at night! conclusion is: get out more energy during the day/work out to tire out your body so that when night falls, you are tired enough and ready to go to sleep. Some ways that i have gotten more exercise to tire myself out is by going to school (which i know you cant do 😂) and walking around during lunch or passing periods. this helps, but i also do volleyball, which for you, could mean just going to the park with Gerald and playing basketball together! i also try to limit myself to 3 snacks per day and i feel less like a fatty when i only eat 3 meals with one snack in between. 😛 anyway, i also do P.E at my school, and we lift weights, play softball, basketball, volleyball, and fitness tests. you can start working out at home by looking up things on youtube like "7 lb. weight arm and ab workout" and SO MANY OPTIONS WILL COME UP! Sorry for making you read this, hope it helped!
I suggest not investing is topical collagen, masks or creams. You don’t absorb collagen through the skin. A protein shake with collagen or a supplement will be much more beneficial.

What do you do during your day? What do you consume? What drugs do you ingest? These can all have impacts on night-time energy bursts! If you don’t do too much physical labor during the day, then that could explain it. Certain drugs can also impact wakefulness as well as foods.
Here's some tips to get more sleep: 1) do not use any electronics 2 hours before your bedtime (exclude: hair dryer, digital alarm skin care electronics etc.) 2) do not drink caffeine before bed 3) make your bedroom comfier

Here is a tip on how to get rid of the excess energy! So, sometimes when your brain sees lights on late at night or screens. It thinks it is time to be awake. But, if you turn off lights get off screens and don’t eat a ton before bed that’s that should hopefully prevent it! Hope this helps! 😊

I have adhd so caffeine has a different effect on me and it helps me relax and calm down
