Honestly at the end when you mentioned about how you’re hoping My Hero would come back or have more now that it’s ended and that it has an irreplaceable place in your heart, I felt that. Despite the fact that MHA is just edged out for first, it is a very very very very VERY close second for my favorite anime of all time and I sincerely hope it comes back one day just as, if not, better than it already is
In my mind this episode solidifies Endeavors greatest failure. I thought previously that it Toya had revealed himself when he went home, things WOULD have changed, completely. Say what you will about horikoshi but I will stand by the fact that he’s the best in the biz on chapter/ episode names. Not sure what the chapter title is in the manga for Dabi “fight”, but an absolute inspired choice to choose “I am here” as the episode title. Not only a great title for All Might hype. But also if you view the title through the lens of other characters it fits so well. Iida coming in clutch and fully living up to his hero name, Shoto coming to save the day, Rei refusing to turn away from her son, Endeavor fully opening his eyes to how evil he was and excepting to die with his son lovingly, and most tragic of all Toya finally feeling true recognition from his family and not feeling like an invisible failure. Truly great work

Same here. This was a 10/10 episode.
Dabi/Toya crying is so much more impactful and meaningful. Think back and remember, his tear ducts were seared/burnt shut by his own flames.
He. Is. Physically. Incapable. Of. Crying.
Now before getting mad at me and calling me inconsiderate or heartless or anything like that please keep reading for I am not in anyway belittling what happenend.
Since he's incapable of crying just imagine what it took for him to do so here, for him to cry the tears he cried here. : (
At least I know I'm not the only one who was jerking tears
