Mortal Kombat 1 (Sega Genesis) - Corruptions
HTML-код

- It's a lot harder to corrupt games on Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) than Super Nintendo, after some days trying a lot of different values, I finally could get 15 good corruptions. Sit back and enjoy this video!

2:40 these 8 seconds of ost intro are gold
Mortal Kombat: Disco Edition
1:30 - Raiden is surprised a player chose him.
Stiff neck
3:26 when a corruption makes the theme 10x more cooler
This why I love synthesized sound with poly limits
0:13 This is like Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks for the SEGA Genesis.
Yep
Those are some nice "remixes."
I'm 64th like, and I have to say that you are entirely correct: some of these melodic corruptions slap even harder than the original soundtrack.
nice furry pfp
13:42 is just farting
18:17 BEST REMIX EVER!!! XD M.K Robotic Edition !
AngryDavid808 agree!!!!!

3:26 Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks for the DOS.
Pretty neat to see an MK rom being corrupted like this. It's like science: just keep trying shit until something cool happens
Love your vids man
+Scout Pilgrim I'm glad to see someone that thinks the same way as I think, haha.
Thank you very much for your kindness!
@@MCMXLVIIIAlt You see, I don't like loud noises. My ears are very sensitive.
7:58 R.I.P Headphones Users
Same beat when you paused battletoads nes game.
13:40 I'm in tears
17:17 this got me good
The best part of "Komputer Kombat" was the "spiraling/spinning" sound at the end of the battleplan and every round! It's like the music's signing off just momentarily!
The battles were great too... Ending up higher and higher in the air at the end of the Cage bout, then the palette failure/glitching or w/e it might be called mostly with Goro!
6:50 Mortal Kombat 1 intro complete and a remixes
lol
Sonic you always get remixes of Green Hill Zone
7:18 - wow, I don't know, what you have changed, but this is an unused music sample! Really interesting.
And it's actually cool
yup
Nice one! :) #14 was epic :D With all the bloops and bleeps it felt like something you would see in a really old movie when they showed a videogame :D
Also, 19:28 - wow, sick move, Raiden!
How did you even do it? Every time I try to corrupt a Genesis game, it simply gives me a red screen on startup.
+FureonNectarmoon I think I know what your problem is. Do you have Skype?
***** Yep! My username is 'pokemartin'.
ABACABB
thank's for the code
Still remember hehe
DULLARD

Keep these videos going you seem like you work really hard on these! I like old school mortal kombat glitches, secrets, and stuff like that :D
+JediCowboy Wow, thank you so much! Comments like yours make me inspired to do even more of that
That last sounds like someone offscreen is browsing through the tracks. lol
18:16 it sounds like..technology in a nutshell
Beep boop, son. Beep boop.
Matrix edition
7:18? unused song piece?
I believe that part would replicate the arcade opening where the title screen after saying Midway Presents...
7:58 - nice Nine Inch Nails track.
Brings back so many memories of playing my genesis, love it lol.
0:14 if the high pitched sound wasn't there this would be pretty fire
I listened to the OST of this game's music and I was blown away at how good it is! The funny thing is I owned this game for years and played it often. It's amazing how I never noticed it. Now hearing huh huh huh huh oof huh huh huh huh oof again I realize why I never noticed it. The weak sounds effects just cheapens everything else.
0:11 wait for it............. EPIC REMIX!!!!!!!
Midway MoRtal... my fav
Correct me if I'm wrong but.... if you pause at 20:50 and look at the glitched up screen that shows the lettering and glitch blocks and at the far left with next to the red block..... does that not look like a face? I'm a little startled because that looks like a face from that one game but I don't know the name of it. O__O
+AAIIGI92 Also I may add..... what the hell was that at 22:57?! Double startled!
It's the final boss from street fighter 2010
In player select is this sound good 7:17
Some of those corrupted songs just slap hard enough to make me lose my mind.
wow Japanese mk1 nice
Kano
7:59 Best music xD
Rayden with a stiff neck???? Hehehehee
Like Battletoads nes Game paused.
I love this type of videos.
Loved Sonya turning into Raiden (it seemed she shot the lighting at him first time I saw) and then fast forward... LMAO
And damn, the noises, I had to pause to get that stuff out of my system for a moment... I wonder if all these corruption videos can make one lose their sanity?
It sounds very nice xD

Привет из России
when did mortal kombat changed from a nice oriental fighting game with dark and blood theme to the futuristic shit that is today?
for me it died at mk2,or mk 3 ultimate
It was the 90s man, everyone wanted to try anything that seemed cool, or should I say "radical".
Futuristic? I mean there were cyborgs and shit in 3, but other than that I see the same game franchise, which is now including HD graphics, better control, more characters, I mean seriously, get your head out of the nostalgic gutters
Woot Neorage-X it died at 4 for me
James Smith three isn't mortal Kombat... Five legs seven arms eight Heads from one body???? Standing up after losing one's head???? Come on.... That sucked!!!!!
0:02 nice copyrighted
Sonya is broken
Goro pirata... Jajajajaja
Genesis version of MK1 is the worst port ever. Just terrible. Don’t @ me
@'d. If anything, it's one of the best.
Solar Flare [Who likes uploading SSBU replays] you’re smoking crack. You’re basing that solely on the blood code. The sound is terrible. Music is nowhere near the arcade music. The colors and graphics are terrible. The gameplay is rubbery and not precise.
I just came back one month later to see if you replied. Turns out it is the case.
"The sound is terrible"
Heh. Don't make me laugh. I knew you would be one of _those_ guys from the moment you made the original comment. Clear sampled sound and crisp FM sound make this easily one of the best sounding versions.
"Music is nowhere near the arcade music"
You do make a point, and it's kinda weird considering the two use identical soundchips, but in this case I prefer the rearranged tunes Matt Furniss produced for this game. They're far more punchy than the SNES and even the original arcade versions.
"The colors and graphics are terrible"
Another kind of valid point you made, as it's missing animations for each character, and while the color does suffer a bit too, it's not nearly as bad as most make it out to be. Well, at least compared to MK3 on the Genesis. At least the Genesis uses fullscreen resolution (320x224), unlike SNES (256x224).
"The gameplay is rubbery and not precise"
There are no results for *"Genesis version has imprecise gameplay"*
_Did you mean _*_"SNES version has imprecise gameplay?"_*
The SNES version is the one with input lag on each attack you do. The Genesis version controls like a dream. Even more so if you have a 6-button pad, which was packaged in with most systems at the time.
I heard the SEGA CD version has "lag times" and loading times, which prevent it from being better than the Genesis version, but overall, the Mega Drive/Genesis version of MK1 is one of the best ports made for the game, alongside the DOS version, which is the absolute best.
Solar Flare [Who likes uploading SSBU replays] TLDR
SHUT UP! NO IT IS NOT!! THE SNES VERSION HAS NO BLOOD CODE BUT THIS VERSION YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! listen to this 3:26
