Reply I looked up from the developer, "The idea behind the cars was that you usually sell only the highlighted green parts. We will probably add a junkyard at some point but at this moment you keep the car as a trophy and freely toggle between the cars if you have more. And some parts you can trash in the storage." So in short you keep the car like a trophy.
Just walk into the mansion and say that you're the owner. When the 'real' owner comes in you scream and accuse them of being a thief. 10/10 plan.
That could be a disaster, when thinking a realism there is a lot of ways that the real owner could use for evidence, but in a game like this one, 10/10 genius strategy, AMAZING

When I played the game I went to 205 instead of 206 so know your not the only one...
Put a micro camera in the mailbox and sleep for 24 hours in your car while it’s in a parking lot, that’s the fastest and easiest way to discover the tenants routes
actually if you sleep for 1 hour it counts, unless it was patched

This was an epic rollercoaster. 🤣 OMG, I thought for sure the cops were going to catch you on that last one. Lol. This was one of my favorite episodes so far, and I’ve loved this entire series so that says a lot.
I think the car parts that are asked for on Black Bay change a lot, so that might help with getting money for it? As for the car itself, all I’ve ever seen is people moving a different car onto the lift and then the old scavenged car ends up outside your base again. I don’t know if maybe you can scrap the rest after that. I hope so. Good luck figuring it out! I do hope the developers make it easier to sell the car parts, given how in depth they made the disassembling process. It would be cool to either get more money or be able to upgrade your own car.

you can get more cars they still "spawn" and you can just replace the 1 on lift but they don't go anywhere but your lot you cant sell the remnants / body's just take the green parts rest is junk.

I always take my loot home first and check every tab on blackbay first to make sure I get top dollar for the stuff.
Regarding the truck, the only way I've found to get the vehicle off the lift is by stealing another one and putting it on, the vehicle that was previously on it goes into your parking area and just sits there. Also, I found that taking the car/truck completely apart is a waste of time, the parts that can't be sold on blackbay just go into your storage locker and you can't sell them at the pawn shop. I just take off the parts that light up green since I know those can be sold.
