Yes they are different, this one is sung by Iwasawa (the original vocalist from Girls Dead Monster). The first Thousand Enemies that every is use to is sung by Yui.
Even though this is a different version of Yui´s Thousand Enemies song, Both have its own special essence So I cant just simply say which one is better. I just love both versions the same and each song makes me feel "thousands" of feelings.
LiSa over marina by a longshot live though yui’s voice actor is a much more accomplished though they both sound beautiful marina just fits into another amazing spectrum you can actually listen to them both in awakening song.

They both have their own style. Marina's is more Pop-Punk-ish, while LiSA's is more "classic" Pop. I like them both equally...
the bass sounds way better in this version than in thousand enemies.
