Come Live Among The Elk! Live Where You Want To Vacation!

In the past 48 hours we have had the honor of our very own Evergreen Elk Herd circle our property.
As we came and went they bugled their hearts out and other times sat quietly as the snow fell gently on their winter coats.
Some say elk represent dignity, power, inner strength, and passion. That it’s also a message to stay steady on your current course.
A friend shared with me that she believed it was protection.
What do I believe?
I believe it was pure magic. There was a sense of peace and calm in our home as we shared space with such majestic beasts.
To be in company with this strength and feel only gentleness was a gift.
They have since moved on. Their mission came to completion. Oh how we miss them already.
However……they left a sense of peace we are all feeling and we hold immense fullness and gratitude for that.
I can’t help but feel that they were sending us a message in these strange times. The message of “You’re not alone.”
Wherever your faith falls, know that you are not alone. That you are in company of strength and gentleness. Power and peace.
