Valenciana is a filipino Ilonggo delicacy popular in Iloilo and Western Visayas region. It was inspired and similar to Spanish paella but here our main spice is turmeric that authentically gives aroma and taste to a truly Ilonggo dish. I use seafood as the main ingredients.
