Hello po yung printer ko pong hp 310 series is hindi nagpi print yung papel po napunta po siya sa left side tas ang nakalagay out of paper. Pano po kaya iyon?

Ahm yung papel nyu po na tinutukoy ay na JAM ba or naka harang? unang gagawin mo e alis muna yung papel tapos lagay ka ulit ng bagong papel.

Bago na ung paper roller boss napalitan ko na. Error 4 paren. Siguro kailangan ko Palitan na ren ung sensor. Kailangan po ba parehas sila palitan pag nag eeror 4. Salamat God bless ☺️

Scanner problem po yan. Either flex cable or yung scanner eye mismo o baka hindi na ikabit ng maayus.
