In case anyone didn't know... I had been working on creating a drawing/travel expereince in Italy for almost a year now. The trip JUST ended on June 23rd. Fifteen amazing people signed up for the trip to travel through Rome and Florence as a group with an ephasis on drawing and art history. It was an incredibly challenging and fufilling expereince for me. I have so much more to say about it. There are 4 terabytes of amazing footage that I am going to edit into a proper documentary. THIS IS JUST A SMALL GLIMPSE INTO THE TRIP and our wonderful group. Hope everyone is having a great summer
I'm very excited about it! I always wanted to visit Italy so I'm definitely interested. ...I REALLY don't wanna that guy, just letting you know there's a slight mistake written in _"experience"_ .
As an Italian that visited Roma and Firenze countless times is a pleasure to see one of my favourite amerian artist having the time of his live in these beautiful cities. I also had a lot of fun listening to italians speaking in the background
Ohuhu has a pretty good selection of oil paint too, they are very small tubes but they work. I have never been outside the u.s. Always wanted to go to Italy and Ireland just havent been able to. Im so happy for you Slew thats awsome!
It was such a wonderful trip~! Thank you again Slew for setting it all up. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I loved every minute of it, even tho I know I look grouchy in most of it 😅 I promise I was usually in a great mood
I lived in Florence for 6 months painting and drawing. Hard to put it into words how much my time there meant to me. It was great to see the sights again. Glad you all had such a good time!

Yo Slew; I went to Rome, Florence, and Venice for a month in 1986. I can tell you it’s an experience you will keep with you for the rest of your life. Your clips bring back those wonderful memories. Glad you swung the trip. 👏🏼

I can’t imagine going for less than a couple months as an artist it would almost be worse than not going at all lol
I mean I guess that’s not 100% true I would settle for a couple weeks as long as I get to go back one day
