I have tried many tutorials for these frames. Yours is the epitome! I just made one and it came out almost perfect! Thank you SO MUCH for this tutorial.
Fantastic tutorial, I have a Cricut Maker and a sizzix big shot and your shadow box is made the old fashion way and is the best I have seen. Thank you so much for posting this. I just love the way they come out so even every time. Thanks again
This was the first video I made. I failed to take into consideration the shade of card stock used . I reshot the video with a darker card stock. It is the only other video in the shadow box playlist . Thank you for watching and commenting.
Thank you for this video. You just saved me a bunch of time figuring out the proper scoring for a 12X12 sheet. All the other videos make a shadow box much too small for my taste.
Thank you for making that video. I watched it last night and gave it a "like". I will give it a try making the easel. Thank you for sharing this with us!!
I am happy to hear you made one too ! They are surprisingly sturdy and so adaptable to any decor. A great 3 D project as well. This is wonderful ! Thank you for your comment.
I enjoyed watching you make this. I've been wanting to make one for quite sometime. Seeing you make it in craft would have been preferable. The scoring on the white was hard to see. Could you repeat this process in the craft please?
Have you had a chance to check out the playlist ? I have repeated this design in darker card stock. Thank you for watching. I appreciate your comments and I Thank You for your suggestion. Please let me know if your able to see what your wanting in the other video with instructions for the Shadow Box with 12 x 12 card stock .
Wonderful tutorial can you tell me what size card you would start with to make box to go on the front of a 5x7 card and are the measurements different,
Great tutorial! I appreciate the dimensions for 12x12 as well as 11x11. Can you tell me exactly what you used for the easel? Thank you for a great video!
I have a Tim Holtz easel die. However, if you have chip board you could make one. I can make a video to show you how. If you do not have chip board, stiff packaging will work. Thank you for watching and your kind words !
Happy you liked it. It's Kitty Corner in this neck of the woods. Definition _ in a diagonal or oblique position the house stood kitty-corner across the square. Merriam Webster Dictionary. Thank you for watching.
Kristina, if my paper scape measures 5" x 5" what size cardstock should I start with and should my starting score lines still be 3/4" apart or 1/2" apart?
Method of measurement according to picture, for example if I have pictures 12x9 & 6x9 what are scoring how we can measure there are and specific method. Iam waiting your good advice
Thank you for this video. Would you mind to tell me what was the black plate called which you scored the paper on it? I could not find the second eduction you made, where can I find it? Thank you~

I have a playlist that has the same project will different color card stock. This version may have better sound. Thank you for watching and commenting !
Could you please do this tutorial again please, but this time could you please make marks on the card/paper with a pencil so that we who have never made this before can actually see what you are doing and talking about, using white card is not a very good idea as it is just a blank white sheet that we cannot see anything you are doing or marking. thank you!
This was the first video I had ever recorded. The markings and measurements are in the video description section. Since then I recorded and posted a second video with darker card stock - the markings, dimensions, score marks etc are in the description or show more section below the video. This new version is in a playlist - the only one on the channel. It can also be found here ruclips.net/video/Z-Ta-o5Yx30/видео.html.

This was my first video . I did not consider that the colour would be a defining factor. To rectify the situation the video was reshot with a different colour card stock. This video can be found in the playlist. There are only two videos in the playlist - both shadow box videos.
This was my first video, quite frankly the colour of card stock did not occur to me to be a factor. The video was redone with a mid tone card stock for easier viewing. Score marks dimensions etc. are in the show more section in both videos. Here is the link ruclips.net/video/Z-Ta-o5Yx30/видео.html.

What are the finished dimensions? Both to the outer edges, as well as the "window" in the middle.
Marilyn Cooper Hi! I just made one from 12x12 paper. The dimensions are 6x6 overall, inside is 4 1/2 square. Height is 3/4". Easy peasy to make.
I am so happy I found this video, as I just came back from a trip and have lots of photos to display. What size are the inner dimensions, i.e. what size photo can you put inside the frame?
Thank You for watching ! An 11 x 11 piece of card stock yields a 3 - 1/2 x 3 - 1/2 " interior. A 12 x 12 piece yields 4 - 1/2 " x 4 - 1/2" interior.
Wonderful tutorial - please turn up the volume next time. I found it difficult to hear what you were saying most of the time.
I have a playlist that has the same project will different color card stock. This version may have better sound. Thank you for watching and commenting !

Be better if you used colour card can't see a thing
White was not a good colour to use for the tutorial, unfortunately I couldn't see any of your score lines for cutting.
