What is the difference between KL-15 and KL-30?
What are the different operations performed in above 2 cases?

Hi, KL-15 and KL-30 are defined in the standard DIN 72552 which defines Klemmenbezeichnung (English: "Terminal Number Descriptions"), and where "KL" is an abbreviation for Klemme (English: "Terminal"). KL-15 corresponds to an electrical supply that is turned on when the vehicle ignition switch is 'on', while KL-30 corresponds to a supply that is 'always on' via connection to the positive battery terminal.
Neither KL-15 nor KL-30 are related directly to Operations in the context of this video.
To understand what we mean by "Operations" in this episode (a specific kind of interaction between AUTOSAR software components), please watch Intermediate episode 3: ruclips.net/video/Sp0JS8Ng8t0/видео.html
To find out more about DIN 72522, then e.g. Wikipedia gives a good starting-point: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DIN_72552
