Hello! if you're still wondering, I can help you out. You should start with season one; "Free! Iwatobi swim club". Afterwards, you should watch season two of the anime sometimes reffered to as Free! Iwatobi swim club 2" After, you should watch the movie "Free! Starting days" and then season 3 of the anime called "Free! Dive to the future". Then wouls come the new movie. There's also a bunch of OVAs which you could watch whenever you feel like it since I don't think it's that important. There's also plenty of "movies" which are just recaps of the seasons BUT they do have a couple of extra scenes thrown in if you're a bit of a super fan lolz. There's also a Drama CD (maybe more than one, tho I'm not sure) and a few character songs. That's pretty much all of it. If you have any more questions feel free (pun intended) to ask.
