brother what should i do. i am applying in English taught Bachelor program but right now i do not have the TOEFL certificate but I am going to give TOEFL test in the April month and in the same month i will get the certificate from the TOEFL but issue is that what should i do right now about the university selection. Also do i need to tell them in the application about my situation in the letter of intent portion where there is another portion at bottom which says ''if you have anything in the application that is not clear, explain here". another question is that lets say in the month of April if i got the certificate then where to put this certificate in the application because application will be closed so do i need to email them when i have the certificate.
