  • I was looking for gifts my kids could afford to make for their teachers, and these DIY Christmas gift mugs came in under $3. This is a great gift for teachers, coworkers, or neighbors, and the best part is it won't break the back!

+Deowashni Patel Here is the breakdown:
Hot cocoa- from Kroger for 50¢
Cappuccino- from Kroger 4/$1 so 25¢ each
Chocolate- from Target $3.50, split among all mugs 70¢ each
Mug- from Dollar Tree $1 each
Cellophane- from Dollar Tree $1, split among 5 mugs 20¢ each
If you add in the Hershey Kisses, which I only used 3 pieces in each mug but lets add that for fun! The bag was $2 from target, split among 5 mugs is 40¢ each.

... well I have to say you did make it cheap .... and That's how it looks ... cheap!!!! However, it is "good enough" if you're on a very tight budget.
Sorry, not trying to be rude, however, it does not look like it was purchased from a store or that it was done professionally at all and to say that it does is insulting to those who do it professionally!! Oh and by the way of course you didn't add anything in to the cost for the time and effort that was involved... although we can see there wasn't that much time and effort involved on your part!!
Does mugs are quite cute though!
