Yes ! All vehicles wheels standing position is 90° , not 87, 88, 88 degrees. you make wheels 90° standing position !

No, bumps are there only in Rajdhani coaches and in ICF that too only in 3 AC coaches, Shatabdi Express does not have 3 ACs only in chair car coaches then there is no roof bump in any Shatabdi Express coach. !
