The prices at nearly all thrift stores are getting out of hand. Especially when you can buy it new or on sale at the store that sells them originally for cheaper. Ridiculous. Crystal thank you for taking the time to go through us and show us what year is that your thrift store. I always feel like I'm shopping along with you❤
I saw some RUclips shorts saying fall and halloween have arrived at dollar general. I am so excited. The fall looks very pretty! Can't wait to see you cover it. ❤
Great walk through Crystal!😍 I used to have some Prescious Moments a long time ago. They were very popular around the same time as Hello Kitty and Strawberry Shortcake!😘 It's crazy how some of these places mark things so high!🤔 I saw several things from my youth! The canister set with the grapes for one.🍇 I don't think we have Savers in my area. Thanks for sharing another great video!🥰
Great video Crystal. I hardly shop at Savers anymore there prices are high , I take my mom on senior day sometimes, once in awhile I find a good bargain. The savers in Murrieta is big but again for a thrift store their prices should be lower.
I used to love shopping at Savers back in the '90s, when I could actually find vintage pieces at affordable prices. Alas, this is no longer the case. It seems that quality control has decreased, whilst prices have increased, at many thrift stores.
Do you have any local charity shops near you? Ones that support local community? Those thrift shops are usual the ones with "thrift store" prices. For example, near me there are 2 different stores that support local animal shelters and one local chain that supports the homeless community. It's the national chains like Goodwill, Savers and Salvation Army that are greedy like that.
I just found there's a Savers in Lakewood, not inconvenient for me - I'll have to check it out! I understand that they share profits with local non-profits, which is far different from how Goodwill operates these days! I have plenty to donate and pick-ups are impossible here where there's no parking/room for a big truck. And I do sometimes buy things like vases as I grow roses, etc. and share them, or use glassware to enhance/protect solar lights.
Uh Oh! Their prices look high, so I may just continue to drive a bit further to AmVets. As far as I'm concerned you can't beat an organization that employs and benefits our veterans. Yet their prices are much better than any other thrift store as far as I can tell. They also often get donations from companies of new merchandise.

Thanks for sharing Crystal and I definitely agree with you!
Those prices are ridiculous!
The ghostie was sold at Big Lots about 20 years ago. We have one and it is a family 🤩 favorite!

Those prices…..and they got it all for FREE. Insanity
Pampered chef is a good brand. And if that cookie press is brand new that would be a good deal well it depends on what they had it marked at.... Lol
These prices are just outrageous.
That savers is pretty pricey, but the pampered chef is very expensive if you can get those cookie cutters and the press for under $10 it’s worth it .
of the day
Thank you Crystal!!
I got 2 brand new candles for. One was $3 and the other one was $2. They were brand names
Yankee candle and D.W

Thanks for the walkthrough Crystal...alot like Goodwill prices😊❤
I've never heard of this place, but found out today there is a hobby lobby discount store in OKC.

What's this place ? Like a Goodwill ?
Yes

The Sears bowl screams 90’s.
I’m like Crystal, if something is “vintage” for lack of a more unique word, I’m cherishing it.
