In few maps downloaded from mods , the opponent doesn't build anything..tried everything but nothing worked

some maps have two version. one for generals faction only works with USA, CHINA, GLA. some maps are for zero hour version like demolition, air force...

it's for the map i figured it out in middle of the match, it's like a glitch in some fan made maps
