It seems that i found the problem,i exported in another Format of FPS and that is the problem,before editing video is good,now i make another video and i try to resolve it,but the video will be posted in 3 weeks because i have scheduled videos

No your wrong this video is wrong. Traffic, weather, physics and sound. Avin stuff on yer window or dashboard is a no no. Only stupid drivers of low intelligence cover their window with shit and pile crap on the dashboard. Allso the hands at the end. No, always turn your wheel with both hands.
@@unkn0wn223 same my pc isn't the best but I'm not complaining oh and a quick tip in the graphic settings look for the vertical synchronization and disable it it improves performance on my pc👍
