Ingredients for Masala paste for 1kg of fisj 1. Coconut dry-50gms 2. Corriander seeds- 2 tb spoons 3.Cumin seeds -1tb spoons 4. Poppy seeds- 2tb spoons. Fry them and grind it to a fine paste. Take pan and heat 3 tb spoons of oil and fry 1 tb soops of fenugreek seeds and add ¹/²tb spoons of mustard seeds add 1/2 garlic paste and 4 tb spoons of red chilli powder and saute it well and add 100gms of tamarind soked in water and add masala paste. Let it boil for 15 mins and add fish pieces. Wait till it Cooks for 20mins add fresh corriander leaves put off the stove and wait for at least 1 he before serving. Note it tastes better on the next day.
