Keyshia Cole's voice has so much emotion in it that makes people feel her pain or remember a situation that they've been through. One of the things that alot of the newer artists are lacking is true authentic emotion in their songs. There are some American artists that also bring that quality of emotion to a song like Mary J but it is becoming more rare.
