@J P dude im a 9ers fan all im saying is coaching makes a huge difference. Nagy is probably the worst play caller in the league and your oline is average at best.
As a bears fan, it was frustrating to see the ineptitude of plays with goal to go being in the double digits in the first half alone and only come away with 9 points. But the Bears put together a really nice TD drive to start the 3rd quarter, ate up a lot of clock with a nice running attack and a couple good pass plays. Each team only had the ball once in the entire quarter. Bears had a 16-7 lead late in the 3rd quarter. They somehow blew that lead late, but reminiscent of playoff game, defense gave up a last minute TD but Trubisky and the offense did a nice job of putting the team in position to win both games. Unfortunately, kickers missed both times. If Pineiro makes the kick to win the game, we’re talking much differently about the Bears and Trubiskys ability to be clutch late, and lead his team to victory and keep playoff hopes alive. It should’ve been second come from behind victory as time expired this season and 3rd in last eight games including playoff game for Mitch and the bears. So I understand the frustration and anger directed at Coach Nagy and Trubisky but it’s a team game and the there should be just as much anger directed at the guy there paying to solely kick the ball through the uprights, who BTW, missed 2 in the game from a very manageable distance. He had plenty of leg on the 41 yarder, he simply missed it left, so the bears didn’t need to get closer for him to make it. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least.
Nagy isn't a clown. In my opinion. When you have a QB you cant trust to throw more then 7 yards and o line that cant block a breeze you do what u can. And the offense is killing our defense.
It's easy to go in on Nagy but HE CAN'T INSTALL his FULL OFFENSE with Trubisky at the helm. I'm a die hard bears fan and I knew Trubisky was a bad move once we drafted him.
Nagy did the right thing at the end of the game! There’s way too damn many people saying he should have ran another play. A pass is stupid because there’s a chance it will be incomplete and they will waste a down, the pass rush would be stronger and there’s a good chance of a sack because the defense knows they need it to win, and there’s a chance it will be intercepted or stripped when caught. There’re not going to run the ball because the defense suspects it, will have a couple more people in the line, and they will try harder to use all their power to strip the ball and fumble it. That is a field goal that any NFL kicker should make. He may have made bad calls earlier, but the was the best thing he could’ve done.
DaBearsFan86 we weren’t bragging, we were happy that our team won. Bragging would be something like “the bears fucking suck, y’all really hired the head coach and told him “do your best job at wasting 53 careers” and then the players say you know what coach we’ll one up you and throw away the game before you have a chance of making the whole franchise look like clowns” but you know we’re nice people so we won’t say it Also you guys a better team because you lost?? At least our team is injured with a quarterback that’s about to retire, what’s your excuse? That you don’t know how to draft?
I have to agree. Nagy is coaching scared in key moments of big games. Meanwhile as much as people hate Mitch, he plays clutch in key moments of the game.
NedMusic he plays clutch when they’re behind in 4th but damn what about the other 58 minutes?? That’s what I don’t get. Cool you got good 2-min play BUT there’s a whole ass game outside the 2-min drill 😐
@@LoveMusicVideoArt he played pretty well the whole game. I think the missed Gabriel throw and fumble right after was the worst thing. But he was making passes the whole game outside of the red zone but most of that was play calling and good defense.

Bears fans listen to this take. What is everybody forgetting about this Bears team that has taken place since the Nagy era began? THEY PLAY DOWN TO THEIR COMPETITION! They revert time and time again to not showing up on Sundays against inferior opponents. Giants, Dolphins, Raiders, Brees-less and Kamara-less Saints, and the Chargers. Everyone is saying the season is over because they have the hardest remaining schedule in the NFL...IMO this is actually beneficial because they come out to play against the good teams. Before the saints game they had never lost a damn game by more than a score during the Nagy era! A 10-6 finish and sneaking into the playoffs is not out of the question yet. The biggest game of the season comes on Sunday in a winnable game on the road in Philly where two teams are gonna be fighting to save their seasons. The following four are against the lions twice, giants and, a beatable rams team. Bears have an opportunity to rattle off 5 straight or go 4-1 and be sitting at 8-4 or 7-5 with big time games down the stretch against the Cowboys, Packers, Chiefs, and Vikings. If they lose on Sunday to the Eagles then the season is officially over. Just give them one more Sunday and then determine where this season is going because I promise you if they take a dub on Sunday and get things right they are going to go on a run. All it takes is one.
Thrggee .d I see way too many teams do what Nagy did. Oregon did it this weekend. It was only 29 yards but their kicker was 2-4 under 30 yards for the year. The kneeled it in the middle, and the guy hit it, but they had 30-40 seconds to try to get a touchdown.
I have to ask when the defense has been great. They've been okay but not great. Leonard Floyd is a bust. He's not helping Mack at all. Nobody is stepping up to fill Hicks void and we haven't heard about EJ all season. Where did he go? Mitch was somewhat bad but I watched the game and he did a lot of things right. Most of the game, he was accurate and on time with his passes. I can't tell what happened with the interception but the fumble shouldn't fall on him. Someone hit his hand on his own team, this isn't the Mark Sanchez butt fumble. Leno got blown back instantly on that play. Mitch was doing his drop back, he just begun to read the field. Also, I saw Mitch read the whole field most of the game and do it well. I think he is more comfortable under center and not comfortable in shotgun or pistol. The season was never going to be a super bowl season, the Patriots and Saints are too good this year and the O line was going to regress, I saw it in the Philly game last season. I still think Mitch will be the guy next season, his contract is fully guaranteed next year and you can't save money cutting him. Also, I think he gets fully acclimated to the NFL in his 5th season. If he was terrible, he'd have game like Darnold and Mayfield. Have you guys watched Josh Allen? His accuracy is ridiculously bad and inconsistent. Even Watson doesn't look that great, he gets by because the AFC is so weak. Watch his bad games and notice that he can't sit still in the pocket either. He struggles to read good defenses that mix him up with shell coverages. The Colts shut him down in the playoffs last season. It helps that Hopkins is probably the best WR in the NFL and teams fear him scrambling. Mitch will be fine. This is the year that the offense is testing things out, which is why it looks so bad. Look at what's happening, Mitch missing throws is him trying to get right. It happens. The real test of this team is can they fix the tackle positions in the off season. Leno and Massie can't be retained, they've been terrible in every way. Long has to be cut too. I hope the Bears go get a real LT and put Bars at RG or RT. A Rob should get an extension while I think it's time to draft a replacement for Gabriel. Let the kid play out his 4th year. I think he will surprise people at the end of this season.
Bears aren't cursed, they just suck. Good job trading a slew of draft picks and paying record-breaking money for one defensive player when your offense doesn't even have a foundation.
MgBlazer77 that’s the problem. Carr is the best of that bunch but the Bears fans will hate him because he isn’t elite. If they go Mariota I will laugh my ass off. He stinks. He has some good games against weak competition but he can’t throw it down the field with accuracy.
Nagy needs to decide, TODAY, if he wants to be the play caller or the head coach. The game moves to fast, he can’t be both. If he wants to be the offensive coordinator, great! Let’s hire a head coach. If he can give up play calling he can stay the head coach. Right now he’s really a glamorized quarterbacks coach. It show in his time management and his play calling.
Its about time you guys are getting at Nagy, last year they won inspite of Nagy, this year all his mistakes as a playcaller, poor personell decisions, clock manager are all coming to the top, running the ball up the middle with the 3 smallest skill players on the team, in the redzone no less, wtf is that shit, look at the loses last year, Packers game, he took his foot off the gas and allowed Aaron Rodgers to come back, the Miami game the players weren't ready physically for the heat, the Patriots game his teams lack of discipline on special teams gave up 2 tds, the Giants game his game plan was to pass the ball with a back up quarterback, then in the playoffs he waited till the fourth quarter to start attacking Phillys weak secondary, this year, Packers game, horrible gameplan, pass the ball 45 times with 0 preseason practice for the starters, the Raiders game another pass heavy gameplan with a backup quarterback, the Saints game ran the ball 7 times, then the Chargers, horrible redzone plays, 2 turnovers in the 4th quarter on pass plays with the lead, and didn't try to get as close as possible for the kicker , all coaching mistakes, head coach is responsible for coaching decisions, head coach is responsible for all of it, Magy is not going to get it done, Mitch is what he is, you said it, I agree, But why is he always able to get the team into position to win?
I so agree with these guys. Trubisky is going to be whatever. You could have used Tarik or Monty to get a yard or 2 at least. So he loses a yard by taking a knee. He's a stubborn SOB. I'm threw with Naggys BS.
I'm sooooo disappointed this season... I've been fr MITCH I've been fr NAGY BUT MAN they r making it hard very hard cant get a touchdown after 3 trys... That was very hard and embarrassing to watch as a BEARS FAN I STILL LOVE U GUYS N HOPE FR BEST BUT "COME ON MANNNN" im only human. SHIT MAN... BEAR DOWN
The Window is closing for the Bears this Year!! But the BEARS season is not over yet!! An Maybe trade for Nick Foles Next Year! An let him take the BEARS to the Promise Land! Yup!! Superbowl!!!
I keep hearing Naggy say "be you" He's gonna be him. Got it. This is arrogance. He's saying, I'm making plays and I won't be questioned. He's in that situation again he'd do it again. I think he's in that situation a couple more times and he's out the door. He's going to cause a revolt up in here...lol
@J P Its NOT idiotic when your QB just turned the ball over TWO drives in a row and then damn near got sacked the play before because stepping up into the pocket and not taking your eyes off the field is too hard for him to do... 41 yard FG is the smartest move when you dont trust your QB. 41 yard fg isnt that hard. Hindsight after the miss everyone is going to say get more yards or at least try but you really want mitch under center again...Hell naw!
Let's settle down with the Trestman references. An 8-8 record and 5-11 record compared to a 12-4 and 8-8 record, including a Coach of the Year are not in the same league. They aren't even the same damn game. Love the passion but let's chill out a bit here and base our opinions on the facts. -mM
I’ve caught on to Matt Nagy’s bullshit. He’s slowly turning into another Marc Trestman and it’s fucking depressing. He has 9 games to save his job in my honest opinion because I’ve already lost faith in Mitch, I want to believe Nagy can be the guy long term.
@J Dolo I agree not making excuses but bad decisions are on the coach. And the bears made no attempt to set it up on the hash he wanted or the middle of the field. Trubisky just spiked the ball and that's where he kicked from. Was not set up for the kicker at all. But still hes paid to make those and very well should of.
Why in the name of Jesus, don't the bears ever have a good O line? They never, never ever, put value on this most important part of O football. Even the great QBs need to be protected. Bear's can't run, cuz they have no blocking up front. That is not the qbs fault. Why oh why don't the news people nor fans talk about this is beyond me.
That stream was actually heartbreaking. Nobody likes to see a sad pet. Especially a big sad pet.

Trubisky, Flacco, Mariota, Dalton, Winston, Carr, Eli, Bortles, Bridgewater, Matt Ryan, Phillip Rivers.
Who ya got for Bears QB?
MgBlazer77 that’s the problem. Carr is the best of that bunch but the Bears fans will hate him because he isn’t elite. If they go Mariota I will laugh my ass off. He stinks. He has some good games against weak competition but he can’t throw it down the field with accuracy.
Rico’s revenge continues
This season was too much heart break dknt think I can cheer for a team that consistantly has the same problem rite when they get a stout defense.
Big Cat on suicide watch
Get out of my town!
Mitch & Nagy!
PMT was on a fucking roll here 😂
Its about time you guys are getting at Nagy, last year they won inspite of Nagy, this year all his mistakes as a playcaller, poor personell decisions, clock manager are all coming to the top, running the ball up the middle with the 3 smallest skill players on the team, in the redzone no less, wtf is that shit, look at the loses last year, Packers game, he took his foot off the gas and allowed Aaron Rodgers to come back, the Miami game the players weren't ready physically for the heat, the Patriots game his teams lack of discipline on special teams gave up 2 tds, the Giants game his game plan was to pass the ball with a back up quarterback, then in the playoffs he waited till the fourth quarter to start attacking Phillys weak secondary, this year, Packers game, horrible gameplan, pass the ball 45 times with 0 preseason practice for the starters, the Raiders game another pass heavy gameplan with a backup quarterback, the Saints game ran the ball 7 times, then the Chargers, horrible redzone plays, 2 turnovers in the 4th quarter on pass plays with the lead, and didn't try to get as close as possible for the kicker , all coaching mistakes, head coach is responsible for coaching decisions, head coach is responsible for all of it, Magy is not going to get it done,
Mitch is what he is, you said it, I agree,
But why is he always able to get the team into position to win?
I so agree with these guys. Trubisky is going to be whatever. You could have used Tarik or Monty to get a yard or 2 at least. So he loses a yard by taking a knee. He's a stubborn SOB. I'm threw with Naggys BS.
Welcome to the Linc next week Big Cat
Coming from a vikings fan you guys seem similar to the 2016 vikings this year. Beast defense and weak o line.
And you come to Philly next week good luck Daniel
I keep hearing Naggy say "be you" He's gonna be him. Got it. This is arrogance. He's saying, I'm making plays and I won't be questioned. He's in that situation again he'd do it again. I think he's in that situation a couple more times and he's out the door. He's going to cause a revolt up in here...lol
No I agree with Nagy on that Play... Mitch wasnt Clutch all game why tf would you throw the ball.
Is it me or why does bears always draft a white QB ?
Scared gotta get a golden white boy
No clue. Most people don’t go around viewing everything through a racial lens like you apparently do.
Nagy putting his clown makeup on as he gets fired you won't see him next season
I understood that Shameless reference.
Matt Trestman
I feel bad for Matt as he is stuck with a shitty QB and shitty kicker thanks to Pace so he cant run the offense he was brought here to run!
If all of the quarterbacks that were drafted after Mitch came to Chicago they'd suck here too. Maybe worse.
"MORE ARROGANCE BY MATT NAGY!!"- Wayne Larrivee
"GET EM' SKIP!"
this is on the money
Fans, just stop going to the games. Avoid anxiety and high blood pressure by finding something else to do on Sundays. One Superbowl win in 34 years.
Nagy thinks you should punt on 1st down, can't risk a fumble or interception...
At least go to the middle of the field or right hash to set up... they set up on the left hash...
@J Dolo wasnt 22 yards either.. pretty sure it was at least a 35 yarder
MONSTERS OF THE MIDWAY
The season is over. Blast Trestman 2.0 out please.
Those back to back turnovers
Bears and browns fans are in a somewhat similar boat
“married to william h macy and lives in detroit” it’s chicago pmt
pft
Why the sunglasses inside lol?
Trubisky actually has a really low int %. He could have tried for another pass.
Please Kansas come get nagy back. And u can have Mitch 2 for 1
At least they can draft a quarterback in the first round. Oh wait😅 you can’t! Raaaiiders!!!
The 2018 Bears were the one hit wonder that the 2017 Jaguars were due to having the easiest schedule in the league.
A W except that jags team put up 45 points on the road beating Pittsburgh and was minutes from going to the super bowl. And I’m a bears fan lol
mitch wont win for the bears but nagy should go
Nah it’s not Nagys fault he gets matchups and open receivers all the time Mitch can’t make passes
Why in the name of Jesus, don't the bears ever have a good O line? They never, never ever, put value on this most important part of O football. Even the great QBs need to be
protected. Bear's can't run, cuz they have no blocking up front. That is not the qbs fault. Why oh why don't the news people nor fans talk about this is beyond me.
The shades look stupid.
Nagy is a bust!
nagy is bad
Swing and a miss.
I’m am sad
The Bears are a full blown bum franchise
Smudge on the lens? SMUDGE ON THE LENS?! (2:14)
nahgy
Cody Parkey is perfect for the Titans so far. Maybe the Bears need a dome 😂
No he's not... he doinked another one last week for the titans.
Ian O'Malley I meant field goals, but you right
"How bout, do literally anything..."
Bolt Up!! ⚡️⚡️
GET EM SKIP
Matt Nagy has went insane lol
Nagy doesn't trust his quarterback... do you blame him lol
Terrible take
Go Pack Go 🧀🧀
nah go bears
