Those are pre-set colors. In any show, the tech/prod team has those colors, lightings, background pre-set prior to the show meaning all colors have been prepared. E.g. If a winner is wearing green, the tech will just click the pre-set color green and that will show on the LED.

Y2018, This MU pageant is perfect. The stage, The LED background, The production are awesome (Thailand is the host). The top 3 ladies are very beautiful (Vene, SA, Philippines). We got the best miss universe (miss Philippines) she is really pretty and beautiful, she also has the sweet smile, and best performance on stage, she is the onwer of the famous slo-mo-turn. Impression !!!! Everything is PERFECT !!! MU 2018.
