Oh before I forget yes yesterday I went to an appointment and as the moment I walked in everybody turned around to look at me, so I looked around and said good morning to everybody and continue with my business.

My authenticity is what attracts everyone to me. I just be minding my business and I’m always catching people staring at me. I try to convince myself that it’s just the spotlight effect but I always have friends and family confirming to me that people really do stare at me a lot. It’s almost like people are scared but fascinated by me at the same time cause they always stare but never seem to approach me. After a while it starts to get annoying so i usually just keep my distance or I’ll stay home.

You are right that i have to actually meditate (sit cross legged and observe how mind moves from one thing to another) if i want to get more longevity in my sleep. Yeah just focused on manifesting myself a legendary life.
