Mmmyeah, that bass is CHEWY, and I didn't remember it at all... But then it's been years since I listened to this on CD (my dad's copy), and the old 240p RUclips uploads really weren't doing it justice.

This track builds from a chill groove till it feels like trance. I never heard this record back in 1999, but I'm sure this track would've long been a favorite of mine had I heard.
