Butter chicken is an accidental dish, when in the previous night Tanduri Chicken or friend chicken left unsold, it was hard to sell them the next day as the same become Hard to eat, hence butter and tomato curry is used to soften the same results in butter chicken dish,

If u had it in other franchisees , what difference u discovered or its almost the same. And also compared to your experience with Havemore at Pandora road, Butter Chicken of which restaurant u find the best.

The butter chicken sold by Moti Mahal at various restaurants are below average, I had a internal love for this dish so I decided to cook it by myself and from the very first time to the last time I cooked, it's getting much and much better.

Bhai Beg to differ about the taste, being native of Daryaganj and Moti Mahal is just 150 steps away from home....It had lost its taste and charm long ago....many guests requests to taste their famous BC but all of them repents after having it......Total waste of time,Money and more precious stomach space....
