Lovely looking mixer but I've had nothing but trouble with mine, first 11 months it was fine but then all of a sudden it stopped working so i sent it back to Allen & Heath. They advised there was soldering issues from when it was made. They sent it back but didn't package it properly so I got it back with a broken cross fader and metal work damage, so i sent it back to them. They have had it for over 2 months now, I posted it back on the 3rd January and it's now March. They advised it could be 12 weeks for the metal work to be replaced and they are still waiting on the fader. I do not trust A&H now, a brand that I had a lot of loyalty too, but when things go wrong they really go wrong.
Great video on this mixer. Will the effect unit from pioneer work with this mixer ? I'm asking because I heard that you get a phasing sound when using with pioneer effect unit. Thanks
i find it hard to control the gflanger effect, cant you just select when it exactly start? its always set on random and i dont know if it even possible!
Hello, I just wanted to reach out for a little help. I'm starting to DJ but I'm also on a tight budget. The program I'm using is Djay Pro, what's a good controller that's $100 & headphones that are about $50? If you could help me out that would be lovely. Thank you, Techie T NYC
Its not hard allan & heath, Make a px10, Make it with a good innerfader for scratch DJs, Add 4x seperate filters per channel, And keep these effects or add an extra one on the left, One FX section each side, (Lose the microphone thing but keep send return sends per channel)Us Techno DJ's need this mixer;-) Please & thank you
i have to disagree. the px5 sound better, the fx are way more creativ, The filter is like on every Xone superb ! The big minus for the px5 is the crossfader... but that's the only point where the 750 is better

Maybe a little bit late but is it fixed? I tought buying a A&H mixer😟.
@@RC75 Yes it got fixed but I had to send it back due to the soldering in the wire connections being burnt away. It's been working fine since

Im thinking about swapping out my xone 96 fora px5. I like the xone 96. But i miss on board effects. And 1 filter sucks. I use 2 filters alot.
Just get an external fx unit, there are some very awesome and creative ones out there

I doubt you care anymore, but yes you can assign effects to the mic by selecting channel A

No looper here, but you can check this video for all the features you can think of...

Basically a DB4, which didn't sell too good from what I can tell..
So PX5 vs DB4?
DB4 is better, but the simplicity and price of PX5 is great too. The sound quality is very great on both.
