FIXING U12/U13 ERROR OCCURRED IN A PANASONIC WASHING MACHINE (Model No. NA-F62B5)
U12 error means Door open
( system not able to sense door closed due to switch contact damaged)

Reason for showing U13 error is that washing machine is not in horizontal position. When the drier operates excess vibration occurs and the sensor forced to stop working of washing machine by showing the error U13.
Remedy is to place the washing machine on a horizontal surface.
