Give up wasting your energy attempting to persuade people who are unwilling to listen. The spiritual forces that operate through people are frequently the issue rather than the individual. Remember the words of C.S. Lewis: "don't waste words on those who deserve your silence." Jesus himself remained silent in the face of charges and assaults. Your authority is strengthened, your peace is preserved, and the enemy cannot use your words against you if you remain silent.

God has put on my heart lately John says don't pray for people with deadly sin. Jesus didn't even pray for the world, at the end, but only those the Father gave him.

I had to block a person I recently encountered as the chair person at a small AA meeting. I had to call out a woman who was disruptive to please be quiet. There were only 4 of us at the meeting including her. She got mad and stormed out. I later apologized to her in a text. The response I received from her was extremely long and senseless. But in it she stated that I was lucky that she didn't call the cops and had me thrown in jail and that if she'd been drinking I could've ended up dead. (dead?!) I blocked her and do not fear. Jesus is my defender. She knows where I live. But God is her maker and I pray God deliver her from her demons.
