I have added stripe as you explained in the video, however, those events are not working on subscription method. As I have created subscription plans on my website. The payment goes only one time and NOT a recurring payment.
This is not working either. I have a support ticket open since 5 days, I have had multiple calls and email corr with Stripe but the issue is within Tutor LMS. After payment, the customer cannot access the course. Money has been withdrawn from client's account, receipt has been generated, payment has been received by the online school but for the paying client it is still listed as an "incomplete" payment within Tutor LMS - so no access to the Tutor online course.

Your plugin need lots of bug fixes do that fist.. even after payment successfully in woocomerce.. there is zero entrolled course.. work in necessary needs.. thease all unnecessary 😅😅😅😅

@tutorlms it's common issue search in Google several discussion is going on about this problem of LMS . and in those discussion also you are telling please go back to clasic checkout page.. now also telling the same. I didn't done any changes in my website it's your update bug.. even after completing order in woocomerce as well as LMS order history also order complete so you are not converting to entrolled course.. and as well it's happening for 2 out of 10 people.. same way I have seen one discussion on Google 10 percent of order is not tranfer to entrolled please study and reply it's not common.. I got reply you are working on it.. it because of latest woocomerce update.. so tell them to work fast

Need the new theme already. Can’t use it with the old on, how longer should we wait?

Hello, on my site there is a Stripe button but not a place to add credit card information. Any help would be greatly appreciated
If you proceed with the Stripe checkout or "Pay with Stripe" you will be prompted with the credit card information form.
Have there sslcommerce payment methods
You can add custom payment gateways following this documentation: docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developer-documentation/custom-payment-gateways/
Even after activating the authentication method in tutor lms, the bots student and instruction registration are coming frequently.
