Cutting kitty nails is pretty easy! I am a vet assistant, but I do my own cat's nails at home by myself with normal human nail trimmers since cats have pretty thin nails. You really don't have to do much to dull the kitty daggers (as I call them), just stay away from the pink part that extends from the paw (this is the blood vessel called the quick), and you won't have anything to worry about! About cat nails, yes you should get into a routine of trimming them. Give the cat lots of pettings before, and some treats afterwards. It turns it into something they know will be good for them. My cats know to just endure it and they will get treats. If you do this routinely they will adapt to that.
Also, you will get better at it and more confident (which cats pick up on).
Everyone is allowed some recovering time :) -K

You're the cutest thing .. but you talk 100 miles per hour.. very hard for a senior to keep up with it or I think many people would find it hard... but you seem very nice ..I'm glad you have a very good big girl job ...and have a Merry Christmas.. and sometimes slow down a little bit please :-).. I couldn't listen to the whole thing I'll come back.. if I turn the sound down I can see your mouth going continually.... I talk a lot even as a senior but I think you might beat me.. and remember a strong work ethic is very important for the rest of your life..👍👍
