It actually doesn’t drop as much as normal diesel turbo engines because of the triturbo setup.

Acceleration must be measured by RaceLogic or Draggy. You will see that difference may be 1.5-2 seconds.
Dpf egr?
Würde ich ohne dpf off nicht machen. Das erhöht den gegendruck da mehr abgase durch müssen was die turbos ordentlich leiden lässt.
DPF ist das kleinste Problem! kannst glei oben lesen :)

I have a f10 530d 258hp (535d US spec) in India.. what do you have for it.. most i can tune it for in India is like 330 hp at crank.. but am lookin for about 400hp range.. lmk if you have anything.
You can gain 320hp with stage1 not more. 330hp with stage2 but thats it. If you want 400hp you need a hybride turbo.
400hp you can get with a straight pipe, hybrid turbo, m50d rail pressure sensor and a wagner tuning intercooler. For 430+hp you will need to add 50d fuel injectors, 40d fuel pump 😊
Darkside is offering a turbo which makes around 400-430hp. Provided you need to get a downpipe and intercooler. They are actually offering it as a kit (turbo, downpipe, intercooler) and if you pay little extra they’ll add powergate flasher too. You can flash it from your home without any problem.
I got 535d f10 2011 and tuned egr off and a downpipe, but im so sick of the smell that i drive often with ventilation turned off, so im putting the dpf back, lots of tests online shows on every test that using dpf only makes you lose one to two percent performance which is like 5hp maybe for me, i can live with that and then ii can breath again, If you do a good tune where it doesnt smoke with downpipe, that means your dpf will not clog up like people believe.
Why you drive with ventilation off
You have issues with your manifold and / or turbo gaskets. Had same problems with ventilation. I could only use it with high driving speed, when the exhaust gases could not be sucked in anymore

Könnt ihr auch einen f10 535d 313ps mit downpipe so tunen, dass kein schwarzer rauch hinten rauskommt? Ich habe wenig lust mich mit der Polizei auseinanderzusetzen...

@@bmwsincekid if you change the oil on 8k km or not change the oil? if you change the oil every 8k km the engine should be good
@@supertreme5559 yes i Myself change the oil every 8tkm I dont take it to mechanic i do myself then i know for sure i put the rigght stuff in there!!! Once i went with specialist for oil change as i was abroad After it was done i asked how many litre he put He said 7.2 I said okay then Drain the oil Because 6.5 is the right amount!! The engine needs fresh oil We have dpf, egr all makes the oil dirty, High heat oil loses its viscosity eod bearings will suffer without oil and Boom 💥
@@supertreme5559 i don’t know if you tune the engine it will be good But without tune Proper maintenance There shouldn’t be any jssue!! On my car i disabled egr , delted dpf when i drive it i let it reach operation temp and after it reach i still ride nicely for 10-15 minutes so Gearbox suspension Engine Everything reach good temp and then i drive like i stole it!! And i allways let it idle before stopping ao turbos cool off... The previous engine M57 with iron block was much stronger but n57 also good engine if properly maintaining it
Einen M550D muss man sogar drosseln damit sie einigermaßen Haltbar laufen.. Thermikprobleme.
-Ladeluftkühler klein ( Auto hat nur bei kalten Temperaturen seine volle Leistung) da die Ladedrucktemperatur einfach zu hoch ist.. Auto zieht Ladedruck, Einspritzmenge.. Bauteileschutz.
Injektoren zu klein.. Hat über 2000 bar Raildruck mit im Verhältnis eine viel zu lange Einspritzzeit ( Nachverbrennung reduziert NOX) daher rußen manche 550D bei Vollast.. Zu hohe Abgastemperaturen. zu hoch belastete Injektoren
Abgasanlage: DPF ist kleines Problem.. Abgasgeometrie ist voll fürn Arsch wegen der 3 Turbos. Ohne DPF hast du 30 grad weniger AGA.
Also...
Größere Injektorennadeln rein ( 30-50%) den und programmieren ( Raildruck verringern und Einspritzzeit verringern)
Vorteile.. Rußt weniger.. AGA Temperatur sinkt. Injektoren, Rail weniger Belastet
Ladeluftkühler: vergrößern.. Die Wassergekühlten ebenfalls bearbeiten.. Danach loggen wie sich Die Temperaturen verhalten.. ggf etwas Ladedruck erhöhen.
Wenn man diese Grundbasis hat dann sollte man erst dieses Fahrzeug tunen! Wegen den Injektoren muss man sich informieren
Woher finde ich für dieses Auto ein größeres Ladeluftkühler und was für Injektoren müssen Eingebaut werden. Es wäre sehr nett wenn du mir weiterhelfen könntest. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

@@yamanyaman9999 Gibt bis jetzt nur Spezialanfertigungen.. Selbst die Injektor war eine Sonderanfertigung... LLK wurde bei Wagner selbst ausgemessen

Der soll 482ps haben, egal mit tuning oder ohne das ding ist so lahm. Bist der Geschwindigkeit aufbaut wechselt der gefühlt 20 gänge. Ich würde mit meinem e420cdi ohne tuning sowas von davon ziehen
Natürlich ziehst du mit knapp etwas über 300 PS an einem 550d vorbei. Schon Mal gefahren? Ich fahre einen und zerstöre reihenweise CLA 45..... Aber du kannst ja weiter deinen Opa Benz fahren
@@cgg9726 😂🤣 cla45 amg 2liter 4zylinder gegen sowas drück ich nicht mal. M4 coupe, Audi RS3 neues Modell mit 400Ps oder Mustang GT 5.0 vor facelift mit 421Ps auf der Autobahn 0 chance gehabt. Nur der Audi konnte bis 230 mithalten

Deiner fährt nicht unter 6s auf 100 und 100 auf 200 sieht auch mager aus.
Meiner fährt mit Launch Control 4.98s auf 100. 100 auf 200 brauche ich knapp 14s.
Da bist du wirklich meilenweit drüber......

@@cgg9726 wieso soll ich lügen. Vom 0-100 da geht der nicht so fut habe extreme traktions probleme aber 100-200kmh brauch ich ca 11sek mal bisschen weniger 0.2sek mal 0.8sek mehr
@@dogan.a03 M5 mit Stage 1 und 650 PS fährt im 7s 100-200. Du fährst also 11s auf 100 mit 350 PS weniger.... Ich glaube dir sofort.

f10 550i 449hp makes 100-200 in just over 9 seconds stock.. this tuned 481hp one does it in over 10 seconds. put a chip on the 550i and you got 530hp without changing anything else. I think i know which one i would take. the consumption on 550i is a bit more 11L/100km but you have to drive like a granny with 550d to be at 9L/100km so normally the car is at 10-11L/100km. for the 550d. I think its because of how unefficiently it is with 3 turbos that is new tech and not refined yet.

Thats probably because off long oil intervals It should be every 8tkm !! I have built engine with 120tkm And its rock solid I measure with dragy speed and everything is same as when newly built!!
